Meh, better that they make sure it's right than risk another mistake...

First: they have to repack it in another installer. That's definitely more than "just" 1,5 GB. The archive within the installer is a rar file...
Second: It'll take some time to upload 1.5 GB

Joystiq has a small article on the subject. Nothing new. It says just Win7-64 are having the problem.

They're wrong. The .exe file was 1.5GB of zeroes. Multiple users including myself checked it with a Hex editor.
Edit: They updated their report.

I saved this link to access previously purchased DLC's. Just check there for an updated file once it becomes available. http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

The first question is: is Bioware knowing about this problem?

I have a question... I cant acces a LOTSB dlc I bought. I see it is due to some reworking. After it is done I do not have any problem, right? + another question, in Czech Republic there wont be localisation but that is not problem for me... Still I hope it wont cause trouble wit the game, do someone know anything about that? Thank you.

They do know.
They "are working on it" (to quote Mr Priestly)
Read all about it here ------> http://social.biowar...index/4705440/1
Neither they nor us have an idea when it will actually be up for DLing.
Now be a good Krogan and charge some wall or other immovable object....

They had better sort it out soon Or they can refund my money. I waited 4 and a half effing hours for nothing to happen. Not to mention the dowload limit on my crappy internet provider which will probably mean I have to wait til next month to get the repaired files.
