Hey,
my husband is also a member here and is having issues concerning DLC, but whenever he goes to select on the quick reply box, it automatically redirects him to the search engine. He can't post at all, any idea what's going on?

For some obscure reason, the search box has been coded to interpret loss of focus as a command to perform the search. It appears some browsers switch focus to the search box automatically; how to change that I don't know. My only suggestion is to try the script block plugin, the name of which I don't remember.

Its just weird cause we're both on firefox and I have no issue but he's been pulling his hair out trying to get on the forum cause he's having problems with the witch hunt download.

I'm having this or a similar problem as well. I can barely click anywhere in the screen or it redirects me to the search. I can only scroll using the mousewheel, for example: when I click the scrollbar on the side I already get redirected. If I click a link it redirects me. If I right-click a link it redirects me. I'm starting to fear that if I blink it'll redirect me. I'm very much afraid it'll redirect me as I'm trying to type this post.
I'm using the latest IE browser, by the way. I hope there's something I can do for this browser because trying to switch browsers causes me a lot of trouble for some reason.
And this is something it's only begun to do very recently, so I don't know what changed.
