Ok....where are ALL the terminals I need to use in the damn SB stronghold? Are they the ones in the intel centre? Are there some hidden ones? I know I used all those in the stronghold butno achievement yet.

Also does anyone know if one has to start a NEW insanity playthrough to get the "hard way" achievement or do I just have to have the difficulty turned up ONLY for the LOTSB missiolns
