I dunno, it might just be that a lot of people have Cousland characters. I have a human mage, and I still can't get an un-bugged ending.

Of course, I am only one person.

My thug dwarf romanced her, beat all DLC's and got a good ending on Xbox. I thought it was a great DLC but I guess I would be pissed too if I got a bugged ending.

I did the ritual and she says that I did not do what she asked me to...

Male Human Noble - Romanced Leliana - She didn't remember our dirty deed either... wanted to see my demon baby too...

I think I'm right! Someone mentioned mage... but besides that. Almost everything I have read (which is a lot) elves and dwarves have had no problems... while humans of either female or male have not had it go right.

I had a dalish elf that got the bugged ending but was also bugged in awakening so I don't know if that makes a difference.  To elaborate:

DAO
Romanced Morrigan
Hardened Alistair king
Did the DR and got the ring sorrow regret ending and did talk to her during the final battle

DAA
Ended with my warden, who had romanced Morrigan only, being seen with Leliana in denerim.  Never romanced the bard and didn't do her quest but had high approval; but perhaps the broken awakening ending contributed to the WH bug.

WH
Morrigan did not acknoledge the DR but did acknoledge the romance.  Ended with both stepping into the mirror.
