Did you get an option here to say she took your child? I have replayed WH just now with a correct save state and saw that option pop-up, chose it and the game didn't bug. Warden is now gone with Morrigan.Spirited Treasure wrote...

No. At no time in this dlc do I recall any dialog about a child.

Made sure first that all old quicksaves were deleted and other saves that were after end game.
Also deleted old post corination save just to be on the safe side.
Went back. Finished end game with my female Human once again. (new end game save)
Then started this dlc. Imported female Human.
No problems.
Ending was perfect.
I had the chance to speak to her as a friend. I had the chance to ask about the baby. She said please this time when saying "Not one step further". Her tone and demenor were much friendlier. (100 approval in Origins)
I had the option to ask to come with her, which I did. She said she would not allow me to make such a sacrifice. She said she left the book and a gift.
I saw a cut scene where my character went and picked up the book.. I got about 1/100 of a second in which I could not click fast enough to see what the gift was..
What was the gift? You could have given me long enough to see!
Then credits..
Again I enjoyed. I'm playing through with a Human male now to see what new stuff she will have to say to me.
Witch Hunt took me about 2 and 1/2 hours.
Hope this helps!
and Bioware: Tisk tisk!

In any way, this dlc asked more questions then it awnsered and set for a sequel that is to be as Morrigan-free as possible.

The post-coronation auto-save (although the name is different in my saves, something like: "on top of tower...something.").xistfirat wrote...

If a patch is planned to debug this:
-Fix Morrigan's response to the male Warden if he did the ritual. Not happy that my Warden was tongue-lashed after not seeing his love for a year and yet he had performed it. I can play through the post-coronation etc. as suggested above but why? This was very irritating and scary. I thought he had blown it with her.
-Have Dog leave through the mirror with the Warden. The mabari is imprinted and besides, Morrigan likes him!
-A glimpse of the other side of the mirror, please (Black City in the distance??).
-Those who stay behind view Morrigan's gift and we see CODEX. Else why mention it (unless in DA 2)?
-Post-game mention of Warden's companions, ala DAA.
Can't do this but Alistair or Logaine should accompany a female Warden, not Dog, if they did the ritual. If not to find out about their child etc., then at least to investigate the implications of what all of this means to Ferelden. But maybe too complicated for a DLC game.

The sentinels in the repository won't die, is there a trick to killing them or is it a glitch?
I had to delete the Simple Fixes folder from my My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Packages/Core/Override folder, as it appeared to have changes that caused the red veil not to spawn.
If you have mods, try removing them temporarily to play this adventure.

Fem mage elf. Romanced Lel. Talked Alistair into doing the deed with Morrigan. We both survived because of the deed they did.
This is really unfortunate, because Morri and me were total bros... or sis's. She was one of my favorite characters, and it sucks that our relationship doesn't show up AT ALL.
This is also one of the few DA DLC's I decided to buy. Is there any word at all on a patch to fix this thing? This wouldn't happen if this was Mass Effect!

David Gaider, please consider a bit more content to make the ending better such as Dog through mirror, actually examining Morrigan's gift etc. as suggested above.
It would be nice if the Warden gave Morrigan a ring after she agrees that they should face the future together. Their betrothal could just be a mod of the scene when giving her the Golden Mirror in DAO:
Morrigan: What have you there? A ring? I . . . do not know what to say.
Warden response 1: Say "Yes."
Warden response 2: It's a family heirloom. Will you wear it?
Morrigan to both: Yes!
Short and sweet. Then the kiss (which was long awaited after a year apart) and through the mirror.
Nice job with the script, David and crew. Many cool details (blurting out to a stranger that you love Morrigan, caught playing with her ring, Finn held back as the two privately gauge their true feelings, Morrigan greeting Dog. Very, very well done. Once this is fixed, I will play through this again for a long time to come.

Well sence Flemeth will be a huge part of DA2 which she talked about fate and change in the trailor. it seems they are lining up some big story with the Archdemon. She was the one who told Morrigan to get the soul and how to get it. I daught this is the last we see of Morrigan or the Archdemon baby. I look forward how many mistories from this DLC will be answered in DA2

Hey Mark, since you're a designer and all...
Is this going to import to DA2, since there is no auto or post-campaign save at the end?
The intent is generally to keep whatever lore we can of your character from previous games going forward. You should notice from even this issue on this thread that's often easier said than done. And like now we make every effort to do so.
So... Does the stuff you do in witchhunt make a difference? Yes of course it does! Will the results of your actions show up in any later game? Well I'm sorry, but you'll just have to wait and see.
How will the actions we do in witchhunt show up in a later game if we did not have a post cinematic save to store our descisions?

The Last adventure was great, travelling to all those old areas and then finding Morrigan and then...
City Elf / Male . Awakening Import
Never romanced Morrigan, became a good friend though and did the Promise.
It was so bad that she talked as if I backstabbed her and never did the Promise.
I so hope for a quick fix.

In "our" bug (the one most people seem to get), the game acknowledged the Warden's previous deeds and relationship with Morrigan - it just got the Dark Ritual choice wrong.

When I was playing Origins, the conversation tht triggers the Morrigan's Ring happened to me twice, so I got 2 rings. One ring I put in that Winter Forge thing to give some bonus and then I equipped, and the other one i just kept in my backpack. I stayed like this during Awakening too.
I don't know if that "double-ring" thing helped somehow, or I'm just lucky
And about the mirror, I gave it to her right when I got it, and I spoke to her before going to the gate at the end, and yet I got the "ring/regret" epilogue.
So. . .I really think I'm just lucky. . .
