I got the glitch too, and this is what I did:

1) Romanced Morrigan in DAO;

2) Accepted the DR;

3) Didn't speake to Morrigan in Denerim after the DR

4) Got the with child ending and search for morrigan ending

5) Imported an Awakening save for the WH DLC.

6) According to Morrigan in WH I refused the ritual. So she had a son from me, but no OGB.

I think i might have imported of GoA save, and oddly enough i got the ultimate sacrifice achievement when i beat GoA even though i never did the sacrifice. Maybe thats what caused the bug for me.

If it get's fixed, it won't be till the next patch. And seeing as other important things haven't been fixed, and this DLC officially ended Origins to work on DA2, I doubt anytime soon if at all. I'm not trying to be a pessimist, but that seems likely.

Bioware plz fix this bug, I can live with CTD or gameplay bug but story bug like this is too much.

I'm a bioware fanboy, I have every DLC for ME2, and most of them for DA:O, but I'm pissed about this. I was really pumped because LoTSB was amazing, but a story bug crosses the line. And I've heard maybe 3 people who have gone without the bug. How could they have not seen that in testing? I want a true import for DA2.

Fem!Amell, Romanced Alistair, Had him do Dark Ritual, put Anora on the throne.



Imported into Awakenings, etc... imported the Awakenings version into WH. Got the bug. I also have no clue what she gave me.

Thanks for looking into this. If circumstances help, here's my import error details:-

* PC Version
* Female Warden (so no romance with Morrigan... romanced Leliana)
* Performed Dark Ritual (Morrigan in DLC says I denied her)
* Alistair DR Father and King with Anora
* Imported from DAO + Awakening (but not Golems) Save Game.
* Import was from a time where Awakenings had only just come out and was rather buggy (prior to more recent patches).

So the only way I could fix it would be to replay through the entire freaking game! Because I do not have a save point around there.

That doesn't sound right to fix the problem. The problem is stemming from the fact the choices made aren't getting into the DLC for some reason. Leaving Morrigan at the gate shouldn't matter especially if you didn't romance her. I had a Fem!Cousland that romanced Alistair and became consort did all of Awakening and the Golem DLC before importing.

Just a note, some of you listed all the stuff you did before. That stuff is awesome, thank you for that. Please keep it up.



For anything in dialog as well it also helps to have conversation history too. Something like:

She said blah

I said blah blah

etc.

Not easy to get, I know, but it's a definite bonus if you can.



As for stuff in the technical forums never getting seen. Well that's just silly!

Something important I noticed, its the start, where you can tell your dog you "we will find the child" or something like that, got it when imported my automatic endgame save from origins.
Did not played farther, to lazy and too frustrated with the bug.

-Human Male Magi
-Let jowan escape
-Alistar (NOT hardned) rules alone
-Broke up with both Morrigan and Leliana (Shiani is the only one for my Warden, shame she can't be romanced)
-Loghain Dead by my hand
-Did NOT got the ring (didn't actualy romanced morrigan, just said we should stop flirting, so no ring)
-Done the Dark Ritual myself on the eve of the final battle
-Brought Morrigan along to kill the archdemon
-Did NOT used the Golden Mirror Fix, had her at 100 aproval, didn't noticed if it was frendly or love, or whatever)
-Morrigan's pregnant at the Epilogue

Endgame:
-After the endgame save: 
-Striped my companions from their most powerfull itens,and let then with weak armors just to cover their bodies
-Sold a lot of itens in Soldier's Peek
-Returned to the Camp and Saved
-Imported to awakening

Awakening:
-Save Amaranthine, Done all loyality missions sucefully
-Killed the Architet
-Imported to Witch hunt from the last save of awakening (precisely, in front of the Mother, just before the final showdown)

In Witch Hunt
-Morrigan says I did bretrayed her, and "survived somehow the final battle". There's an option acusing her of abandoning me beforer the final battle.
-Since the game thinks there was no dark ritual, there is no child to be rescued.

Edit: My guess it have something to do with the Post game of Origins. Something about using other save then the automatic one at the end.

Xbox 360

Female Warden

Mage

Romanced Leliana

100 Approval with Morrigan

Put Alistair on the throne alone

Did the DR with Alistair

Boon was independence of the Circle (Was disapointed to see Templars still in the Circle during WH)

Traveled with Leliana during epilogue

Loaded DAO save into Awakening

Loaded Awakening save into Golems

Loaded Golems save into WH



At end of WH, Morrigan said I didn't do the DR, etc.



Hope this gets fixed for the Xbox 360 as well as the PC!

I imported a GoA save and an awakening save and both were bugged. The conversation started with morrigan saying "Stop right there, not one more step, or I am gone" She then asked me "Tell me: why did you come?" I replied "I want answers" she replied " Answers. We all want answers. I offered you a deal and you threw it in my face (i did the DR) why should i answer any of your questions now?" thats how it started.

My canon Warden, Malcolm Cousland, direct from Origins:

-Romanced Morrigan
-Recieved ring
-Alistair (hardened) and Anora on throne
-Did Dark Ritual
-DID NOT approach Alistair about it
-Talked to Morrigan in Denerim during the battle
-Chose to "follow Morrigan".
-Recieved the "sorrow and regret" ring epilogue.

(I also have all the DLC, except for GoA).

SPOILER WARNING: I got this. Thank you Systemlord Baal for uploading the video.

No bug for  me. I'm on the Xbox 360. Morrigan recognized the DR and she and my Cousland got the *happy* ending.

Just testing for the bug. I'm going to finish Awakening with this Cousland, do Witch Hunt again, and see it that changes anything.

I did the same. My save did not have Awakenings finished, only just started. At the end, Morrigan says I denied her at Redcliff, yet we did the ritual. Then she says it's time for her to go and I choose to ask her to let me come with her, she then said "Come my love, let us face the future together" And then we went into the portal and the credits rolled.

So I take it to mean it knows I romanced her, but not that we actually did the ritual. Though I just now remember, at the beginning of talking to her, I do ask about our child and she says Hes not here, somewhere safe and something about finding him at my own peril.

This is on the Xbox 360 version. Hope this helps and a patch comes soon. 

Addition: At the end of my Origins playthrough, I had convinced Anora to marry me, yet at random times during the end dialogs it would occaisonally think I put Alistair on the throne, and in fact when is tarted Awakenings, it continued to think I had Alsitair as King when I didn't. I don't know if this has anything to do with the Witch Glitch [teehee rhyme] but though I should mention it.

Nother Add: Oh, and I had killed Flemeth and Morrigan in WH knew that, and said she tricked her way out of death.

 Alright here it goes, to the best of my knowledge, lol.
Male Cousland Warrior.

Romanced her, never cheated on her.
Got ring and never took it off once.
Killed Flemeth
Did the Dark Ritual with my Warden
Before heading into the city I said I would find her
Talked to her during the battle of Denerim: "You have something to say, do you?" My response was "No, I don't understand, why do you have to leave?"
Used her to fight Archdemon
Told Alistair I would find her (he was King).
Boon was to remember the Grey Wardens.
Got the sorrow and regret Ring epilogue


This is two parts: First time I gave her the golden mirror in the epilogue to get her back to "love" for an Awakenings import. Second time I did not talk to her in Denerim, so did not use the Mirror... she remained at "love" and I did not do Awakening -- Both times I got the bug
Edit: Third time I talked to her in denerim and got reverted to friend, did not use the mirror to get back to love. Still bugged.

Lets see for conversations:
Love is not a weakness conversation.
What if Love does factor in
I agree about Mages not being confined
Saying I don't want to end this ("You miserable selfish bastard, you will regret this, and so will I").
