I bought and downloaded Witch Hunt in-game. I got a Vista 64, and never had trouble with any other DLC before, but Witch Hunt will not authorize, maybe it will not install. It says that if I restart the game it will install, but it doesn't. What should I do? Hopefully someone out there is on tech support.
Witch Hunt UnAuthorized!!! Maybe not installing?

Well, because no one has helped out, what I'm going to do is reinstall Witch Hunt.

which from my understanding, I have to re-download it.

If you find a work-around please let us know - I suspect this is a 64 bit problem, as I'm having the same issue on win 7 64.

Most weird thing happened to me,
I downloaded and installed the DLC manually, and it appears unauthorized to me too. So i logged in into my account through the game, and now EVERY ****ING DLC i purchased is unauthorized. WTF???!?!!?!?@?
I have XP Pro, btw.

For me; ONLY Witch Hunt does not authorize.

Have managed to get Witch Hunt to show up in Win XP SP3, and it looks like I'm going to have to play it on my old, slow comp until this gets fixed - currently transfering characters over :/

If it's any consolation I have the same problem. Win Vista 64. DA:O bought through steam and a bunch of DLC is now unaccessable - including Witchhunt - I just bought.
Can't even load up my old save games. Not one.

Same here....I'm really sad right now. I'm hoping it's not Bioware's, but more EA's fault, but today, both DLC packages (for Mass Effect 2 and for DA:O) failed. One doesn't work at all and the other actually even breaks old content, that worked fine before...What the heck...

I have this problem too. I bought it but now suddenly it's back in my list at "available content" and the installed tab says it's Unauthorized. Ahhhh!

at least I'm not the only one it's happening to. Around 50% downloaded, going to try it again.

Idk wtf happened but I log on and all my character saved games are none existant, all my previous DLC has to be re-installed, and Witch Hunt wont authorize. I have an Alienware M17-R1 never had anything like this happen before to me.

This EXACT thing just happened to me. It just suddenly appeared there and I loaded it, imported my character but when I launch it says "Cannot load the area". I've never touched any mod whatsoever. This is getting really frustrating.

I have Windows 7 64-bit. I can load my previous saves fine, no issues there but the Witch Hunt DLC is listed as unauthorized.

and the same thing for me, now it's back at Unauthorized. I think the problem is that it's fluctuating between Authorized and Unauthorized and if you get access to it and it suddenly removes the authorization it can't load it anymore.

Sounds dumb, but this could potentially be an issue with whatever method Bioware uses to authenticate the DLC. Could be overwhelmed because everyone is getting home from work and trying to download the DLC at once. Just a theory I suppose.
