any news for a possible bug fix?
No, just that they'e aware of the problem <_<. So they're at least aware that they just screwed a good portiong of their consumer .
I might be coming off a little mean right now, side effect of my insomnia, but im sorry this was just wrong any way u slice it.

At this point, if there are just no bugs that f*ck up one of ur most important decisions in the game im going to consider it a win over Wichhunt. In a DLC involving tieing up lose ends with Morrigan, not registration the Ritual is just too big of a f*ck up. How they can release this product like this when one of their biggest selling points is decisions and how the will continue to create ur experience i have no clue.
They got us by the balls too because it not like we can just return it and get a refund eiher, which is exactly what i would have done if i could. Hell, what anybody would have done if they just payed 7$ and got a broken product.
Maybe I should rephrase it to "Here's hoping Lair of the Shadow Broker doesn't fail like Witch Hunt!" LOL
I have been playing games by Bioware since the first Baldur's Gate and I never been disappointed with anything they have done. The Witch Hunt is the first. Please Bioware forget these micro DLCs and just focus on making expansion packs. Is EA forcing you guys to churn out DLCs every few months?

Dude ive been with them since KOTOR, i love Bioware games, maybe why i feel so wronged by this rip of a broken product.
I love DA:O but the sheer amount of bugs in it was pretty staggering, and they only got worse with their DA releases. I don't get it. I serisly just payed $7 for a broken product. Wicthhunt is broken. Its like i just payed to see a 2 hour movie and when it gets to the ending, it's climax, it wrongly cuts to a diffrent movies end. Im sorry, but its just not right. They need to fix it ASAP, or take it down IMO. Its a firgging lemon.

So, I am seeking your opinions as to why you believe their DLC's are coming out cleaner, meaning the users aren't being treated (This word may be to strong for this forum, but I just couldn't think of another at the moment) like Beta Testers and we seem to have more than our fare share of bug attacks.
Share your thought and your 2 cents worth on this. ~~~~~ Thanks!

I feel your pain, godlike13. Regarding your previous post, I don't think you're being mean. In fact. I understand your criticism towards this DLC. If this was any other developer that churns out crappy games, I can understand but this is Bioware we are talking about.
This talk about testers makes me want to ask, does anyone know where you can apply to be a tester for Bioware? I would love to work on DA2.

After killing the Archdemon in Origins, you go back to the castle blah blah, BEFORE you EXIT the castle because "The people want to see there Hero blah blah :wizard:", SAVE the game. LOAD THIS save file and it doesnt act like you backtracked. Morrigan ending bug never came about.
If you DID in fact deny the Dark Ritual, then save as normal in camp or what ever, because the bug will act as if you avoided it anyway. So, no harm no foul. I tested this method twice, with two characters. Seems to be all good
Hope this helps some one

I liked it, though yeah there's no real answers and lots of the monsters / environments were recycled (as with all the other DLC's)... There is closure though for characters that romanced her however, even with the annoying Dark Ritual bug.Gerudan wrote...
So it is a waste of money as I feared, good to know.

As buggy as it is, you aren't missing much right now. If you think you are angry now, imagine how angry you'd be if you played it in it's current condition.
