Did you import a save from post-epilogue... you know when they let you run around "after" the final battle?
Yes I did.
That is why. Go back and load up the "epilogue save" itself, before you are running around afterwards. And the bug for me, was not there.
Everyone should read this.

2hours gameplay.
5 mins worth of Morrigan in it.
where are all of these answers you promised us?
in Awakening, Oghren staes in his dream the darkspawn are running about shouting 'where's the baby?' obviously a reference to Morrigan's child.
yet she says in witch hunt 'you denied me the ritual!'
well no I didn't love.
and then when Morrigan tells me about her gift, the book with all of the answers in it. I go and pick it up thinking great can't wait to read what's inside only to have the game end.
i was so angry that i confronted Morrigan again and stabbed the witch ****.
Witch hunt was like an episode of lost, it left me with more questions than answers.
my cup is still not full. I want more.
there is still loads of DLC you could do for origins. do not abandon it, pease.
what about backstories with the other party members.
Alistair having an adventure in his days training to be a Tempplar.
Zevran on an assassination mission.
Oghren exploring the deep roads looking for Branka.
Sten and his quanri companions landing on Fereldan soil and battling Darkspawn before he lost his sword.
Wynne lost in the fade and dying and becoming possessed by the fade spirit.
or even just some good old hack and slash shorts for your own grey warden.
ps. this cannot be the end of Morrigan, or origins dlc surely.

It has been said, I believe by Bioware officials, that Morrigan will have a prominent role in Dragon Age 3... Origins however, well I think their full focus is on Dragon Age 2 and except, hopefully, for a fix for the Dark Ritual bug in Witch Hunt, I doubt DAO will get any official attention from now on.tulwar wrote...

All in all, minor glitches aside (and you get them with every game) the game has been a tour-de-force that maintains Bioware's position at the top of the RPG genre.

Good Points:
Awesome companions - the voice acting is superb by any measure, and some genuinely good jokes. Dog is back as well, which is funny. Assuming you don't get the bug, a nice conversation with Morrigan.
Bad Points:
No final resolution of anything. The DLC just... ends. No epilogue of what the gift was or how this will resolve Finn and Ariane's stories. There is no payoff, no big revelation.
The pacing is incredibly rushed. It was an hour of gameplay, and no real way to extend the the story. The boss was nothing special - there is no real buildup to it, it just appears.
When, exactly, are we supposed to use the items we get in the DLC?
