SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER ALERT DONT LOOK PEOPLE IF YOU HAVENT PLAYED
hey guys that have played it did you wander what morrigan gave you i know the dalish book but she said there was something special i mean i think its flemeths grimoire but i dont know any ideas
I guess you'll never know it.... because there are no more about the warden and I can not imagine a way Hawke knows about it.... I thought it was the gift to Origins / Awakening warden for playing the DLC but I haven't found anything new...
Meh, it could be Flemeth's Grimoire, or Morrigan's, or just as likely it could be Morrigan's picture book of Justin Beiber magazine clippings. It could be lots of things, that's the point...that is why her voice goes all echoey and serious...er (words?). It's a big sparkly cliff hanger of a plot device, and cheaply done at that. It's for all of us who don't get our rocks off to 'Warden on Morrigan' action. It's something we can grab hold of if the Flemeth thing didn't grab our attention (and rightfully it shouldn't since she tells us nothing we didn't already know). This was last minute. It was cheaply done and not worthy of a Bioware stamp. It was worse than RTO. The only thing clever about this was the marketing... "Morrigan's secrets finally revealed!", yeah...I'll say. It's a tabloid cover at best.
One thing does stick out in my mind though. The trailer...Morrigan states "some doors should never be reopened" freakin amen to that.

The PC I played it with (XBOX version) played Awakening and Golems . . .and got the big bug for his trouble, and my $7.
Way to go, Bioware.

Hi. My character imported played also Awakening and Golems. But what I asked was if you played the DLC with the DVD of Origins or with the DVD of Awakening on the console ;-)

I think that's an old glitch. Mine has always said that Isolde sacrificed herself to save Connor, but I always got help from the Circle to save both. That's been around forever, I think. Hopefully it's just a glitch in the codex, and when we import the game it'll have the right choices.RinpocheSchnozberry wrote...
I went back and read my codex entries.... one of them said that my warden used a Circle ritual to cleanse Connor.... but this was the character I used to unlock Blood Magic... Is my game corrupt or what?

Ahhh, sorry - the Awakenings disc is in.
If that turns out to be the problem with the bug, I'll hit something . . . .

I'm going to play the last part with the Awakening disc..... Maybe the problem is on the Origins update.

Nope, the disc it's not the problems. The bug appears with both Origins and Awakening disc.... And importing with Golems and without it...
I can NOT understand how it's possible they didn't find this bug.....
(Sorry I forget the NOT.... I can not understand :-P)

Well apparently Bioware was a little vag on the quantity of secrets revealed because we learned next to nothing on what morrigan is planning.

Beat it 3 times, only once did she know we did the ritual but I did it on all 3.
It was cute in the one my dwarf and her became friends and she told me a bit but I wanted a conclusion with more information on what was happening. EDIT: The dwarf was not a bugged ending and she told me she was going to take care of her son and raise him, she needed power and time to do that. He thinks he is normal and he is healthy. She also mentions that she won't be back again. I told her she didn't have to do it alone, she looked sad but said she had to. It still didn't tie the ending like I wanted.
I killed her on one, she said I denied the ritual but in reality she had done it with Alistair and had the baby.
My Noble who married Alistair 6 months after the end so you would think I would be respected, no... nobody even cared.
I wish they did a better final DLC, I was so excited and it wasn't nearly as good as it could/should have been. I feel kind of let down really. The bugs need to be fixed soon. After such a delayed release time the bugs should have been fixed.
Please Bioware, fix it!

Still can't figure out how you didn't get a bugged ending mate, many people (including me) did exactly what you did except for a few plot decisions (i.e. elves or werewolves) and we are all bugged. So damn strange.

1.) All the marketing claims that we'll get answers or secrets revealed from Morrigan. Or that Morrigan's fate will be revealed. Ok, so having played it, can you honestly say you know anything more about Morrigan's plans or her fate than before? You can't. Its another cliffhanger ending that might clarify a couple details about the DR in Origins but it mostly tosses on about a dozen more questions. Questions we likely won't get answers to until DA3 or whenever Morrigan shows back up. Its just more vague Nostradamus type crap that could mean anything. A cliffhanger only works if you intend to follow it up- with no Warden and no Morrigan in DA2, we'll be waiting a bit for any answers.
2.) The whole point of this DLC is to confront Morrigan and that the "version" of Morrigan you meet is the same one you interacted with in Origins. For MANY people, the Morrigan reunion is terribly bugged. The core feature of the DLC is broken.
Now its not a bad DLC, especially if you don't get the bugs, but the marketing is patently false and the core feature of the DLC doesn't work for many people. Thats a big problem, IMO.
