9.5. She could have said hello to Garrus/Tali. Otherwise its spectacularly good.

I would like to change my score from 7/10 to 6/10.

I just replayed and realized that Vasir has heals on her armor boots and that gotta be the most stupid thing i have ever seen in these games.. still good DLC though.

It was really really good. I am going to give it a 9.5/10 because of two minor issues

1. Car chase: I didn't like it - if I were ever to crave that kind of play I would launch GTA IV. Should have been a cut scene

2. I thought it would have been more interesting if the Shadow Broker turned out to be someone whom Shep had seen or encountered before. The very notion that the broker cannot even leave the ship is bit over the top. Instead of being a slick information seller he is a bit of nut job with a budget.

LMAO! I felt the same way, but I couldn't articulate it. It was great fun though and my 9.85/10 stands...unless Liara isn't playable in ME3 making my committed Shep nearly abstinate for the duration of ME2 for nothing.
Miranda is so, so fine and Tali is so cute...

9.5, if there was extra dialogue for other squadies then it would have been a perfect 10!

8 out of 10.

Obvious plot twist lost it a mark. (They should have dragged that right out to the end to reveal it, personally.)

Lack of extra squad dialogue another mark. (Nice to see Liara got her voice acting on proper again, it was a bit stale in Vanilla Mass Effect 2)

Everything else was awesome.

Best DLC yet. Only downside is that it pretty much seals Liara not being a squadmate in ME3.

I rate it 9/10 - I too would have like a little more dialog exchange between Liara and the tag along teammate. Otherwise it was a brillant DLC with excellent boss fights with a rewarding payoff at the end. Well Done Bioware!

yea 10/10 here,
Thought this DLC was better than the rest, tho Kasumi and overlord were both still good and fun.
I loved the intro into this DLC, meeting the spectre Tela Vasir in T-soni's Apartment, going over her things and ect.. Nice touches there.
then the Trade center part was very nicely done, arg those flashbangs tho, they got me a few times with those, :P.
great action scene throughout that part.

Then the Skycar chase, wow, why was'nt that in ME2 itself? I wished they had more than Fighting in ME2, things like the car chase or the Firewalker make for nice change in pace, and during LOTSB that Skycar chase scene was damn fun, the Banter between Liara and Femshep was very funny.
Also Illium was one my most favorite places in ME2, I also love seeing more of it, and the car chase scene just showed off more than I thought we'd see! Bioware please show more DLC at Illium b4 ME3, as it prolly won't be in ME3, new areas and all.

Then at Azure getting Liara as a squamate there was unreal! and I actually saw that statsis is actually useful in ME2, lol.
did'nt much care for it in ME1 tho, was stuck on the Azure Parking lot for abit, damn flashbangs and the agents flanking behind me, got me alot, lol.
Liara's Comments on the Hotel resort was rather funny, and then the boss fight... wow they created one of the best boss fights I've seen in Mass Effect 1 and 2 so far!
also the Asari spectre Tela Vasir, great char, I hope we see more spectres in the furture DLC's and ME3!
and the Paragon interupts with Liara b4 you left Illium were very nicely done, Shep really tried to get thru to her.

Then the final sections, well I always loved the final part of the citidel in ME1 with soverian up ahead while u fight on the exterior of the Citidel tower, and this just topped that, very nicely done, hehe.
and yes nice to see Feron again (yup, got the 4 comics on Liara).
and then the Shadow Broker himself... damn not what i was expecting, that is one hell of a nasty new race, got the feeling we will be seeing them in ME3.
the fight was fine, but not as fun as Tela Vasir's.

The aftermath with Liara was great, tho would had been nice if we got her as a squadie Post SM, but w/e.
the catchup on the Normandy was the best, I loved that scene, My shep romanced her, so very nice scene there.
it does make me wonder where they plan to go with liara tho, I don't see her betraying shep, and at the same time, I still can see her joining the crew in ME3, it can be still possible, I remember seeing a few threads on this, where she is one of those whom can rejoin the ship without worrying about if shes dead or not, lol.
but I guess we'll see what Bioware does, should be interesting tho.
One bad thing tho, she does'nt say anything after the whole mission cept one flat line, they could had put a dialoge tree in or random Lines like Kasumi/Zaeed. other than that, Terrific DLC! Thank you heaps again Bioware!

oh btw, I really do hope they give ashey/kaidan a DLC next, those two need it after that nasty meeting on Horizon, and it could make for an interesting story with the Alliance too.

10/10.

I will almost never give something a 10 but Bioware did such a great job on this one as well as listening to the requests of the fan base.  The banter, charater details, and the depth of the story really impressed me.  By far, it's well worth the $10.

9. I knocked off a point for the lack of new gear and the length.

It's still the best single DLC I've played so far. Of any game.

9/10, I found it quirky how I couldnt have a good control of the car chase but I'm glad it was brief. The lack of Liara mentioning Garrus or Tali etc... or lack of "interaction" I suppose :P.

As for gameplay mechanics, everything worked well. Perhaps a little more exploration would have been nice. 1 - 10... well... alright if we're also counting digit numbers then I'll go for

9.5 :P

I already posted mine here (10/10). but after second time I finished, I have to change it. 9.5/10. there is nothing perfect. in second time, you know where your enemies wait for you. so it's little less excited. but I can take more time to look around what I missed before. this DLC is just unbelievably done. just great. especially, outside of shadow broker ship's severe environment is one of the best graphic I can enjoy. it's me or not. I think that Vasir spectre second boss fight is much better than Yahg (shadow broker) because the battle is very dynamic. I love it. I finished all 5 achievement. insanity is really insane. too much. I think that hardcore is right for me.

Assuming 1 is Dismal, 5 is acceptable, and 10 is perfect... I'd say a 7.5, maybe 8.

Pros:

- Return of Liara

- Plot advancement

- Time Length

- Interesting Story

- Shadow Broker Ship

Cons:

- Missing Shepard and Morinth dossiers.

- Garbled audio tracks to surveillance vids.

- Too few Renegade options or interrupts.

- Too few chances to influence or alter dialogue/events.

All in all, I thought it was a great story and a solid purchase well worth my money. I was definitely impressed with it, but at the same time nor was it perfect. It's been bugging me a bit as of late with DLC content how it's always so self contained. This one referenced things outside of the game, but the rest of the game didn't really reference it, too. It'd have been nice just to have a couple bits of changed dialogue here and there, or added bits. Like, right before the suicide mission, to receive an email from the SB ship. Or an interrupt (not the clickable kind) where the SB has something to say about your choice regarding the Collector Base. Heck, even just an updated newscast or two in Illium. Small things I know, but the 'polish' additives like that can make a fair amount of difference.
