The thing that makes me give it a lower score: no mention of fighting for Kaidan.
I have a renegade FemShep and a paragade FemShep. Latter stayed faithful to Kaidan, the other went for Garrus. When Liara asks me what I'm fighting for, she also adds, "To give Garrus some peace?"
But no mention of me fighting for Kaidan. I'm sad my romance with him was not mentioned by Liara; it feels like BW neglected the VS again.
I'll play with my MShep who romances Ashley, and my other MShep who's faithful to Liara, and see how that goes.
But...awesome character development, awesome banter between Liara and Shepard, awesome cinematics, great combat, great storyline...the rest of it was awesome.

It has completely outshined the rest of the game for me. I liked it so much I was sort of depressed when it was over in that it showed what the whole game could have been if a different direction had been taken with the story and the squadmates.

For real, I loved this. The dialogue between femshep and Liara was well done and the romance was continued in a satisfying manner. The writing stayed faced paced and frequently witty throughout the game and the actors delivered it well. I really couldn't have hoped for any more than I got. Also, the Shadow Broker base has some fun little fan-service things to play around with that BioWare clearly put in to make us laugh (Thane's neck-snap and Jacob's crunches for instance). AND we found out who Liara's dad is. Oh yes. It really doesn't get any better.

I loved the skycar chase. The lack of squad dialogue is understandable. Bioware can't bring all the voice actors back just for DLC. Having at least one character (Liara) return was huge improvement however. Hopefully, Bioware will continue this trend with the next DLC. LotSB had what BDTS & Overlord were sorely missing. Squad dialogue.

I still liked it now to see if my other completed game is the one with her as a LI or not.

Only wish I could summon her up to the Normandy for some R&R. (post "catch up" scene)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On a side note: Save your game before clicking on the "pick up" terminal near Liara for the first time, it does a random drop each time you load.(only first time)
most times it's minerals, if you keep at it it'll be a different upgrade and minerals.

High points: Pretty much all of it
- I especially loved the level design. I liked how they mixed things up a bit, and the visuals were fantastic.
- Humor? Making fun of Omni-gel? +1
- The post-mission vids and dossiers were super great.
- I liked the post-mission chat with Liara as well, it provided some nice closure with that character until ME3.
Nitpicky points:
- Eh, the Shadow Broker reveal was a bit anticlimactic (also random), but it would have been no matter who it was.
- I would have liked the car chase scene to go on a little longer, and to have been slightly more difficult (because: FLYING CARS man!), but as it was it was a nice little distraction.

Agreed. It is definitely the best part of ME2.davidshooter wrote...

Or it will be until they make DLC featuring Kaidan and Ashley.
I loved the boss fight at the end, and I was happy (and surprised) at who the Shadow Broker actually was.
Love being able to examine the lair and see what I can find--all that intel. It's awesome.

I would like it more, but there is still no mention of Ash. Or the Virmire survivor.
Like when Liara asked me what I was fighting for, the first thought for me was Ash, and Shep doesnt even mention her.
I want Ash dlc.....
