Hey. I regret my ending a little. My character had a love relationship with Alistair, and I did not trust Morrigan nor want Alistair to sleep with her, so I sat and prayed that the other Grey Warden would survive to take the killing blow. But... he died, so I wanted to sacrefice my own character. I tried to, but I couldn't talk Alistair out of it.
Is there anyway to talk him out of it when the approval is +99(love)? Because I'd rather have my own character dying than him.
Alistair and the ending.

No.
Edit: At least I don't think so. You could just not bring him along to the final fight, though.

I believe I read in another post for a similar topic. That the only way Alistair wont deliver the final blow is if you don't take him.

Ah. Hm, maybe I'll consider do the last battle again but have Shale tanking. Thanks

Well you indirectly answered someone else's question in another thread: what happens if you're not a male PC at the ending? I take it Alistair sleeps with Morrigan instead?

Well, you can force him to... but I did not trust her, nor did I want Alistair to sleep with her. He'd be cursed, or diseased, or worse.
