So, in order to celebrate the belated non-release of Lair of the Shadow Broker for PC, I've decided to post even more Ilium-related content you can't access.  But hey:  at least it's not 1.5 GiB of nothing!  And it even includes a completely trivial, non-Broker-related line from Liara! 




You may now return to your regularly scheduled mocking of Bioware QA somewhat delayed playthrough and/or excruciatingly long download of Lair. Oh, BTW, the Not Thane guy? Yeah, he also played Thane in an early preview of ME2 shown at E3 2009.

Some cool stuff. Lotsa Jacob. Those lines from Jack would've actually been a nice addition to the level... still, thanks once again!

What's funny is, if you watch the E3 preview, Jacob's response to Thane's entrance is exactly the same as the one in the game now.  Why did they record all those lines?  Weird.

Well, I personally played through and checked every possible dialogue option and even different party combos (even so far as selecting them in different orders), so I think you're mistaken.  If you can give me some actual specifics, I'd be happy to look into it.

Another good dialogue cut imho. If that line from Thane stayed, he woulda looked like a ****** with a popped collar. The last bit is if you were Paragon with Verner I think...

Yeah, I noted that in the caption. But, I wasn't completely sure, so I left it out for this one since I knew there'd be more unused Ilium stuff already.  Besides, it would've broken the flow with the Conrad one, which I tried to have play out as much like it would have in the game as possible.  I would've just had to tack it on at the end.

The many horrible lines of Jacob. They cut all those but still left in some stinkers. I wish they'd made him less Mr.T in his comments.

No. I'm pretty sure Feron was Yuri Lowenthal.
