I wasn't really a fan of ME2, I thought it pulled away too much from the original game's atmosphere and story and I've been an outspoken critic of it ever since.. Overlord, Kasumi, Zaeed, all of them were decent but still lacked that attachment that I was looking for and the main game seemed contrived and far to bombastic..
But with this, I must say, amazing job, that was well worth the $$ and really, it's my favorite story and set of missions in the entire game, that was what I had hoped ME2 was going to be from the start, a well done, creative and plot oriented story that had depth and meaning within the context of the characters.
I'm really glad I purchased that and really, it was the single greatest piece of DLC I've ever gotten, and I despise DLC, though if it was all as well done as that, I'd buy a lot more.. The atmosphere, the abundance of dialogue, the amazing visuals (The best so far.) and the attention to characterization and detail made this a treat to play through, even the car chase was well done.
So bravo Bioware, I tip my hat, that was a really great piece of entertainment. Now if ME3 is like that, I'll be head over heels in love!!

It's the Confederate Adjutant from StarCraft 2, just look at the pictures at Starcraft's site, there's a bunch of cool ones, from Kerrigan to Dark Templar etc

I also played through both Witch Hunt (PC version) and Lair of the Shadow Broker (360 version) and of the two, Lair of the Shadow Broker was far more entertaining and enjoyable, in my opinion. Some great gameplay, good dialogue, some interesting plot development - all wrapped up in a nice bundle along with numerous little easter eggs scattered throughout. It's a nice reminder that BioWare is capable of producing some quality content.

Ya, it did give me a bit more hope for the future of the franchise and of any new DLC coming out, seems like they really took fan feedback this go around and it shows, it was excellent from start to finish. I only wish I had as much confidence in the DA team as Witch Hunt was so sub par I felt gipped out of 7 bucks.. I'm still worried for DA2, even more so now that I played that 1 hour of nonsense..
But overall, LotSB saved my day from sucking and I just hope that the ME team stays in that zone of quality, really good job..

The Mass Effect games pretty much make most games I play now seem either average or poor in comparison, and somehow LotSB raises the bar yet again for me. In an age of ease and instant gratification, i've never thought Bioware have gotten the credit for the work they've clearly put into Mass Effect as a whole, so yes indeed, a big thank you to the Bioware team who put in alot of work into not only LotSB, but the Mass Effect story in general.
