Hi there; I tried to play DA:O since the new DLC came out and everything is fine until I try to login my account in-game.

All my DLC remains authorized except the new one but I can't login.

No error - ports have always been ok and I confirmed they still are.

The issue is : When I enter my email/password. the Login processing prompt appears and .5 seconds later disappears. No response. When I enter a wrong password it tells me , but the correct one yields no response and I remain logged out. I checked my services; all are ok too.

I know this thread is really old, but since it's been killing me all day... I have had the same problem and i finally found a solution (in some other thread if I remember correctly)...

The short simple solution: Don't use special characters in your password.

This certainly goes against all known good password practices but it seems to resolve the problem.
