so i apparently submitted this twice and this one didnt have the extra details.



I am planning on rebuilding my computer soon with the retail version of windows 7 since i am still using the beta. My question is, if i use download both the dlc that is available right now, will it be connected to this serial number and be able to re download it even if i upgraded to a new computer?

It's tied to the account you registered it with. So if you reinstall and log on with the same account you should be fine.

You are, i already done it after installing the buggy patch and had to reinstall everything.
