I just bought the DLC witch hunt, and the witchcraft thingys downloaded fine.
But when the withc hunt it self loaded 100% it just sayed that it's downloaded.
But it does not show up in my installed tab or in the other campain tab ether.
WTF?? If anyone has a solutions I'll kiss your virtual feet.

yeah not downloading for me either, and it is not showing in downloads anymore. Wasted 560 BW points. Every time I tried to download Witch Hunt, it failed, for some reason.

have you tried the http://social.bioware.com/page/da1-dlc

(the promotions page) , click buy now (you wont have to rebuy if you've bought it) and window should popup asking how to install it.

I'm having similar trouble. I just bought the DLC, but the download is stuck at 0%, and just won't go up. The weird thing is, it appear in my profile as if it was bought, but if I try to rebuy it it does not understand that I have previously bought it.



Can anyone help? Where can I contact Bioware for troubleshooting?

I am having the same issue setting at 0% and paid for, One would hope tech support woul look at these posts.

Go to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php then click on More Info - PC. Download and follow the instructions. I was able to install it just fine and played it, but for some reason (I have the issue where the DLC is stuck at 0%) it keeps saying it's downloading it under Downloadable Content. I mean, why does it seem to think it should download something that is already installed, and finished (with all achievements being done). I even tried to Clear Download Data under Repair of the Config, but nothing actually happened. Doesn't seem to be a major issue (for now) - but still a bit annoying that I can't seem to get rid of it Downloading at 0%. Well, except if I uninstalled and re-installed, wich I ain't inclined on doing just yet.

I tried this:

"Go to http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php then click on More Info - PC. Download and follow the instructions."

Which basically lets you download the file directly then unzip it with the installer program in the Dragon Age directory. But when I run the program to install it I get an error that the .dazip file is bad. So even this way I can't get the file going.

I think the same thing happened: it hit 100% downloaded, then it kinda just stayed that way. I quit the game and restarted it. It started extracting. Then that process kinda seemed to get stuck (maybe 'cause I was alt-tab'ing?). So I quit and restarted the game again. It finished the process. DLC works.

Updated to 1.04 to install Witch Hunt, the dlc download started fine. But at about 19%, DA reported my net was down (when it wasn't). So, a few frustrated attempts to get the game back online later, it finally reconnects. Only problem now, is the dlc install won't budge beyond 0%, yet I have the two Witchcraft things in my enabled dlc list. Tried disabling those and still nada...

I have the "stuck at 0%" issue too. Nothing else happened for me: I just bought the Witch Hunt DLC and it went to the download section, where it remains at 0%, forever. The Witchcraft thingies did indeed download just fine.



I already tried the clear download cache stuff in configuration.

I needed also an offer file which I get from http://dragonage.wik...ontent_Packages (very end of the page). It has installed properly. But now I have the problem that the Whitch Hunt says that it is unautorized to use, and game is proposing me to buy this DLC second time. I've no idea what to do now.

I bought Witch Hunt this morning as I was leaving for work thinking I could leave it downloading, but it simply didn't show up on my profile. Anyone know what's going on there? I had the same problem with GoA, but it suddenly appeared when I downloaded patch 1.04. (I'm on PC btw)



To be fair I was kinda in a rush to leave so I didn't play around much, but hope it decides to appear tonight...

Got the same problem here - downloaded, "installed" (apparently), but it says I am not authorised to use the DLC, when I really am.

Any ideas?

Right, I just went onto my registered game promotions downloaded and installed manually and then it appeared in my other campgains (working, I just finished it). However, it is still on 0% in the "downloading" tab of DLC.

For those with the "stuck at 0%" problem, it worked for me after I uninstalled the game, reinstalled, updated and then downloaded the DLCs.

I'm having the same stuck at 0% problem many others report here. I think this sucks. Even if zitosilva's solution works, this still sucks big time. What the hell is wrong with Bioware?

Okay I was just being stupid before...



But just out of interest, how long are people waiting until saying their download bar is 'stuck'? Because mine is just downloading VERY slowly. It's currently at 8% and been downloading for 3 hours. It was on 0% for about an hour and a half and then kinda jumped up to 3%...

PARTIAL SOLUTION:



I downloaded the DLC from the inside the game, it reached 100& and then NOTHING.



I partially solved the problem by finding the .dazip file downloaded by the game and the manually installing it with daupdater. The game still says that the "installation has failed" but I was able to play Witch Hunt normally.



By default, I think the .dazip will be downloaded in this folder:

C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater\\Data\\ and the file should be named DAO_PRC_STR_1.0.dazip (may be different as I've downloaded the Italian version)

You are saying to completely uninstall this game and reinstall, then reinstall all the downloads I've already bought?? I don't know about this. I'm scared-hahaha. I, too, have that downloading bar at 0%. Maybe I'll wait and see if tech support fixes this.
