So I made it up to the part where I just exit the building of Liara's salarian contact and I get the cutscene where Liara is shooting the spectre, there's a very long loading screen after that and then everyone is frozen in place- apart from me and my squadmates. The spectre is standing behind the car, her head moves from side to side but not much else happens. I wonder if anyone else has this issue/if anyone could help me out? Any help would be much appretiated.

Oh wow.....I restarted the mission and got a cutscene that clearly didn't play my first time around- hopefully that means the glitch is fixed.

I get the small cut scene, Liara exchanging gunfire, but then I get a long frozen frame with the loading symbol, then just the landing area with no Liara, the person who she was shooting at (I can't interact with her) and no way to proceed. Please help.

Indeed. That's exactly what happens to me too.


EDIT:

Restarted the mission and everything worked PERFECTLY. Well, almost perfectly, During the car chase the audio was cutting out really bad but other than that everything worked wonderfully.

Same glitch and Jesus Christ this has convinced me that BioWare just doesn't test their stuff anymore.

Yeah, that's the same problem I had too. I just had to restart the mission and things seemed to fix themself for me- I managed to finish it though~



Did you get the cutscene where the building blew up? I didn't actually get that scene when I first tried to play it through, and then all of the 'injured civilians' were playing up too, a lot of them were standing around unharmed.



So, I would suggest closing down the game, bringing it back and and restarting the mission.

I have tried restarting the mission, even the whole investigation in Liara's apartment, but it still gets stuck on the platofrm, and no, I havn't seen the building blow up (though i'm sure it's awesome)

The farthest scene I get, is the asari that Liara is shooting at looks up from behind the car she's taking cover behind, sees me and my party coming and then it freezes (asari disspears, i get the corner of a car stuck on ym screen) and the loading symbol comes up.

Then I'm standing there, able to walk around the platform, able to interact with nothing.

I am going to try it again tommorow, after a computer restart and no saving mid-mission. Who knows, i may get lucky and it will work itself out.

i get the glitch after the salarian contact.
just when the 'flying car chase scene(?) starts'. my whole screen is black and i cant see where im flying. but liara keeps talking so its still playing out....

is this what everyones talking about. i tried reloading it and i have the same problem. going to reboot the whole game now...

I have a different glitch to report. After deciding to give up my thermal clips during the cutscene where the spectre takes a hostage, in the battle that follows, Shepard's animations are all messed up. Instead of walking or running, he just floats around with his arms outstretched! Any else encountered this?

I have the problem, that right after the car scene where I am supposed to go to the Asari's car and follow her I cannot continue any further. I can run around the platform infront of the Azure building, but behind the front door is a "wall" or something which does not let me threw into the building or onto the balcony to get to the car. Either this is a glitch, too or I am missing something o.o

Any idea when they fixing this?Works fine up to start of car chase section.I can move and such but screen just my screen flashes blank random colors.I expect better from Bioware.Answersbe appreicated.Thanks.

Turn of motion blur in the launcher menue to play the car scene if you have problems with graphics.

I lost sound and graphics turned all black for armor and on SB ship armor

Have the new DLCs caused stability problems for you guys? It seems that my game crashes at random times. I even started a new character and it did not fix any problems. What the hell?

Same thing happened to me.  To get around this, you have to reload your last autosave, or if you must  - redo the car mission.  Just wait for a moment after the level loads (at Azure, after the car chase), you should be good to go after that..
