Well I downloaded it but can't find where to play it. Does it start after you complete the main game or before it or is it in the options menu? Plz help and thanks!

I restarted ME2 (on the 360) after LotSB was done downloading and a new journal notice showed up right away. Have you tried that yet?

Im having the same problem, I reinstalled Shadow broker 2 times and I have no messages about the shadow broker, is this DLC still bugged?

You need to reach a planet called Illium, you can't play it immediately.

I played it after the Suicide Mission, but apparently you can play it pre-endgame as well... if you haven't reached Illium in the game yet, you might not be able to access the DLC just yet.

If it's installed, as soon as you open the game, you should receive a message from Cerberus, which you should check on your private terminal. Then you should go to Illium.

You won't get it unless you have been to Illium first. You don't get to go there until after Horizon.

About halfway.
Edit: Maybe 4 or 5 hours, +/- 2 depending of difficulty.
