Same problem here, running WinXP 32 bits on a dual core laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GTX. Everything else runs fine, but I get no visuals (aside from some color and lighting intensity variation in the background. Tried using a lower resolution but that didn't change anything. I had Samara as a squaddie in the cab with Liara (in case that matters).

I have Win7 32bits. with the same video card as you actually. I get the same exact problem as well.

I've got pretty much the same Video card as well, GeForce Go7950 GTX.....

I also tried turning off lighting effects, etc... but no change. Odd. Commands work fine, I get the audio and text warnings ("Target Located", etc...) but can't see the action, so I'm essentially driving an aircar with a blindfold on, Liara as a backseat driver and a white-knuckled Samara silently wishing I'd taken Grunt on this chase for a change...

I guess we'll just have to wait until tomorrow for the troubleshooters in Edmonton to look into it... I'm turning in for the night.

I have the same issue with the same card. Looks like NVidia updated the driver two months ago, with bug fixes. I'm downloading now - I'll let you all know if that fixes it.

probably tell us to update our drivers and such. Maybe re-install the content again.

I just downgraded to the previous drivers, 175 and that made no difference... :-(

I tried the newest and a downgrade, and still no luck. This is entirely annoying.

Is this an issue affecting all PC players? Sounds like BioWare's quality control has gone down the ****ter... big surprise.

Don't think it's all PC users, we'd see a lot more complaining....at least at this point it looks like just Nvidia Geforce Go 79XX

I think it's just a problem for people that run a nvidia GeForce card.

Personally I don't care too much about the car chase, if there's a way in which it can be skipped I'm all for that.....

I have a different issue at a similar place. I can play the car chase, but once it's over the screen goes blank and it never continues the game. All there is is a blank screen and the Illium ambient noises playing in the background.

Same issue
7600GT, Win 7 32bit
First a download file full of zeroes, now this... never expected such problems from Bioware.

Okay, I reinstalled mine and it seems to work now. I also didn't replace the Coalesced.ini file that I usually use for my alternate outfits... not sure if that had anything to do with it.
