Whenever I go to the part where I'm supposed to control the skycar, all I get is a black screen that get lighter and darker, voices telling me which way to go and little boxes that say things like "searching for target", "target acquired", "losing target".
I've rebooted and I've restarted the scene from different save points

Same problem here.
I managed to get past it somehow... Tabbed out looking for answers and tabbed back in to see them catch up to her from crash. Would really like to do the actual chase, though.

Similar problems here.
Win7 32bit, 4GB RAM, Athlon 64 x2 dual core ~2.4Ghz
nvidia GF7800GT
I've tried the newest drivers and drivers before 197, as well as 197.45. No help gained from there.

I´m also having this glitch, but for a brief moment I can see my skycar. However, after that the screen turns black. It has to be a problem with Nvidia. Let's hope there will be a patch for this soon.

I have the same problem. A brief glimpse of the hovercar, then the camera seems to be stuck in a wall or something. I still hear everything, and I see the Target /Found Lost boxes. I have an NVIDIA 7800GT and a Dual Core Processor. WinXP 1 GB RAM.

Short answer: turn off motion blur using the configure button in the ME2 Launcher.

Many thanks for the advice! It should really be included into FAQ of some sort, some people are loosing their freaking minds on this.
Nice chase BTW.
LIARA: What took you so long?
SHEPHARD: Well, you know, LIARA, I couldn't find a SCYKAR that I really liked...
LIARA: There SHE is.
SHEPHARD: ...with a NOT open cockpit and the right speed capabilities.
LIARA: If you spent as much time practicing your SHOOTING techniques as you did your wit, you COULD TAKE THE REAPERS ALL BY YOURSELF (that one was really creative).
Anakin: I thought I already did.
Obi-LIARA: Only in your mind, my very young LOVER.
Chase is painfully stolen but nice.
