Yeah, I'm thinking he might be the Eldfell part of that, as we haven't heard anything about them like we have with the Ashlands (well, mostly just Aish Ashland, Paris Hilton of the future).

People are getting really bummed out over this, but think about it:  I'm pretty sure Miranda's dad was incapable of conceiving a child too.  Still managed to have two daughters without a mother though.  The technique could be adapated to create a child that inherits equally from two people, rather than just one.

It seemed pretty clear after reading the Dossier that he must have found out about, and because Miranda wasn't perfect he grew Orianna. Basically revising each edition until it was perfect.

Samara's discourse with her two remaining daughters was nice. I didn't realize that all of Samara's daughters were Ardat-Yakshi.

She'll basically tell you if you ask about AY and how many exist, though she doesn't say it outright, just heavily implies that's the case.

okay, i'm going to jump on the band wagon of renewed sympathy for miranda, that woman has had one sh*tty life.

mordin,legion and grunt are freaking lol incarnate, kasumi still pining for jacob is also mildy funny.

garrus,tali and samara are about as d'awww as this game gets.

zaeed and jack are a mix of  "i can't seriously picture that" and "ohhhhhh...****"

and thane and jacob were just meh for me.

 i'm now convinced the T.I.M is captain kirk reincarnated in an alternate dimension.

and admiral hackett is the f**king man, and i owe him one hella of drink.

i watched the anderson shootout and i noticed he had his captain garb on instead of current counsilmen uniform. i wonder if this was a event before both games

i kinda figured that so basicly we got to see some prequal content when it comes to anderson. the voul kicking the reporter in the shin and she falls had me cracking up and i took a cell video of it and sent it to some friends and there like wtf is that?

Does Tali's dossier differ if your Shepard isn't male and/or has a relationship with her? Because I read her dossier and in my file my Shep is in a relationship with Tali and a lot of what was said about what she was reading "Human Courtship and Body Language" seemed more tailored towards a Shep/Tali romance. It wouldn't fit if it was the same for a female shep.

I thought 'Nought' was a reference to her being Subject Zero. Jacqueline might be her real first name, though. Or am I misremembering information in the main game that suggests otherwise?

No, I believe you're correct.
One of the definitions for Nought, is zero.
And it makes sense, that "Jack" is a nickname for Jacqueline.

Well, just because it isn't in the dossier available to us doesn't mean it's not in the archives.  The dossiers don't mention a lot of stuff.  Like, you know, pretty much everything about everybody.  You may as well assume the Broker doesn't know anything about Shep since that one didn't even appear in the list.  All it really means is that Bioware didn't feel like telling us his name.  I kinda doubt they ever will.

All the dossiers are awesome, but I got the biggest laughs out of Legion's gamer stuff!



But my biggest "Oh wow" moment came from thinking Miranda was just a cold-blooded **** (hooking up) to realizing she was just trying to have a baby. Very sad and a big insight into why she acts the way she does.
