I've noticed recently that my game doesn't seem to want to load the newest save file, whether it be selecting "continue" from the main menu or continuing after dying.  I have a feeling this started because I had gone to a older save file in a career to play a specific mission, and after I did that it keeps loading that save file even after turning the console off and signing off.  If I delete that save file, it just loads the previous save before that! 

It's really starting to bother me because it happens in all of my other careers as well.  I switched to a different career and played the latest save which started in the normandy, began the Shadow Broker DLC and had a save and autosave in the missions and yet whenever I die and press continue I restart back in the normandy.  My saves aren't disappearing but it's annoying to have to manually load the new save.  Does anyone know of a fix?
