I didn't get any problem until the point when the chase ended. I got the cutscene but in the middle of it a black screen came on. All I heard was the sounds and after that the game just froze. I tried couple of times but everytime , after the cutscene , the game just gave me a black screen and froze.

Any help with this issue ? Or am I the only ''poor soul'' who will miss the rest of the DLC ?

Yep. They ''get under'' another car to avoid it and then I get a black screen with only sounds can be heard.



After those sounds .....nothing happens. Only black screen and some ambience sound but nothing works.

i've got the same problem, and deactivating motion blur won't work. Solutions anyone? Bioware???

I have a similar problem but it is that as soon as I start the chase (after the cinematic where you jump in shepard says "I'm fine thanks for asking etc") it all goes black, I still get the sound and I actually tried to fly the scene blind but couldnt pull it off. I still have the target acquired, lost pop-up in the bottom-left and sometimes the screen turns an asari blurry blue but thats it aaaand I;m kinda stuck there

Same problem here

Shepard jumps on the cab, then it all goes black. Only sounds.

exactly what my problem is. did anyone come up with a solution

Same issue I am having. After the cut scene, when you actually start the car chase, my screen goes black and I am unable to see anything. I have tried multiple times to see if I can pull off the chase blind, but it never works. Hopefully someone may have a solution soon.

under configure in video turn off motion blur fixed it for me. it only in configure in the menu. i didn't see motion blur in game

I have this same problem and motion blur didnt change a thing. Anyone know how to fix this? -_o

I never got this problem, I'm not sure it was ever fixed for everyone but searching the forums should yield a fair amount of stuff. I think there were many different solutions for different people.

Post your specs people. Cant diagnose problems if you dont give us any information we can use.

CPU, RAM, Windows version, DirectX version, Video card model, ram and driver revision, sound card model and driver revision.

If you dont know how to get that, fire up the configuration utility and select summary. It will give us the info we need. You can even post it as a screenie if you're feeling lazy

For those of you who havent registered you game on the forums, do so, otherwise a lot of us wont answer your questions, as we wont know if we are dealing with a pirated, malware laced version of the game or not.

A word of advice leeboi2: Don't go picking a fight with PC players and say your console is better. Chances are you'll run into a PC elitist with a rig that makes consoles look like grandma without her walker.
