Bioware Check out - Internal Error

In the first place, someone has already write a post with a quite similar problem on this forum (http://social.biowar...9/index/2804443)    and I notice that Bioware Staff has fixed it somehow. Therefore, I request help from Bioware Support too.
So, I want to purchase the last DLC «  the witch hunt » for Dragon age, but, each time I reach this web page https://points.biowa...ockbox/checkout, I also get this message written :  "Internal Error.
The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.
If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this
error message and the query that caused it." It's impossible for me to buy it.
I have done what they advise me to do, and I have contacted Ea.support. First, he has suggested me to empty my cache. However, it hasn’t worked and I’ve informed him of that. Afterward, he’s answered me, saying he was unable to help me anymore.

Then use your mentioned forum please, as this forum here supports a Store that does not deal with Points or DLC. It sells physical merchandise only.



In the forum you mentioned (not the thread, the forum it's in), your chances are much better. There sometimes are officials, there also are a lot of helpful users.
