DLC Authorization issue

I've just installed Lair of the Shadow Broker, and now whenever I launch the game I'm presented with a dialog that states:

"Unable to authorize the listed DLC.
Please log into the Cerberus Network with the account used to purchase the DLC.

Firewalker Mission Pack
Overlord"

Now, I only have one account, and I've played both of those DLCs through, so why is it refusing to work properly now? They're both still listed on my "registered game promotions" page, as well. It sounds like the same issue as http://social.biowar...2845006#2845006, but the fix suggested there doesn't work for me (and sounds a bit suspicious anyway). Deleting the BioPersistentEntitlementCache.ini file allowed me to enter my login details again, but it still didn't auth the DLC correctly.

By the way, Bioware, it's all well and good saying "Official game support is provided by Electronic Arts", but Mass Effect 2 doesn't even appear to be listed at support.ea.com...
[edit] I eventually found it listed under "Mass Effect" as a sub-category. Not that there was anything useful there.

Had the same thing happen to me once with 4 of my DLCs just after installing 3 new DLCs. I just logged in to Cerberus Network with my EA/Bioware Social account credentials, closed the game, opened it again and from then on I didn't get the unable to authorize message any more.

I'm still experiencing the same thing and I have done what you have many times over. It is getting old as I want to play this so badly. An EA rep in an online help chat asked that I give it 48 hours as he said it would be fixed then, they have less than 24 now. I said if it isn't fixed, I want my money back, not the points to purchase the DLC. I spent the money specifically for that DLC, not to just load up on points.

This is happening to me too. I haven't had a problem with the other DLCs, just this one.

I managed to fix this, after talking to EA support, by completely uninstalling the game then reinstalling again.
