Hi!
Hope I can manage to post...
everytime I open a page on social.bioware.com it asks for username and password....
I even tried different browsers and computers, with no luck at all..
I really want to buy the DLC's but in this current situation I can't T.T

Please, I really do need help!

I even can't buy any bioware points..I could buy them on the EA site, but if I try to go here on My Profile / Add Bioware Points, I get redirected to my frontpage..

Same when trying to buy a DLC.

Info: Changed my email address on the EA site and its working now...

Maybe because I had the name "root" in my address it didn't work..I dunno..

I *TOTALLY* get where you are coming from Sephiroth-COB. The forum just loves logging me out anytime I so much as twitch. The forums are basically unuseable now. =( Any help figuring out a fix would be wonderful.

Try cleaning out your cookies and temporary Internet files, then log back into the forums.

Thank you, I will try that. Oddly enough, and I mean this is REALLY odd, once I was able to post the above message... the relog issue isn't happening. Very strange. I hope I don't have to post once a day just to get to use the board. *ughs*

I just had the same problem. I unchecked "remember me" and now it's fine. Strange.

I've tried it both ways with the "remember me" check box. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it does not. At this point, I think that Murphy has moved back into my house. *laughing*

I've tried deleting all cookies, and I'm lucky if I can get 3 consecutive clicks without being logged out. Doesn't seem to matter if I have the "Remember Me" option checked or not.

Ok, I'm going to click submit, and I must remain calm and not fly into a homicidal rage when I'm asked to login AGAIN!!
