I recently reinstalled Mass Effect 2 onto an external hardrive, but after logging in to my account it said that  I needed to put in the code. Also all of my DLC appears to be missing from my profile. I had already done so when I originally got the game, so what's up with this?

Same problem. I've managed to access my account here and all my DLC but ingame it asks for my code, when I enter it I just get "code in use"....
