Hello, this problem has been pestering me for quite a while. I've entered my Cerburus network key ingame aswell as on this website, i've also registered the game. I try to get my free dlc however it keeps on saying that I need to redeem my code (Which I have already done) Can bioware please help me? Or anyone? I cant get my free DLC :[

You do not enter your Cerberus key in game.

then you should see all DLC available to you here:

Kronner is right. It won't work if you enter the key in game.
I had the same problem and I recommend that you enter the EA live chat support and asks whether they can activate the game for you and entitle it to your account here at social.bioware. Then the free dlc will show up under "Your registered game promotions".
That was what I did.
