To be honest...I wanna hear "Hello Darling" by Conway Twitty when the Reapers all come. The lol-factor of it would just be EPIC.
But really getting to the actual topic itself...maybe Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven.
Though in the end I think the best thing is to have an original score by the talented folks who did some of the ME songs. The song that plays when you see the Citadel for the first time in ME1 still gives me chills.
