I'm not a computer expert so the solution to my problem may be relatively easy. I don't know. I downloaded the installer, it "verifyes", and the launcher opens up. When I tell it to start installing, a popup tells me the following:

Error opening file for writing

. . . AppData\\Temp\\MassEffect2-1.02exe

If there is anybody out there who could asist a programing novice I would be extremely grateful.
