It's when Liara comes to your cabin (assuming you pursue romance with her, of course.)  She gives you your old dog tags and says something like "Not everything you lose is lost forever...  sometimes you get lucky."  Followed by Shepard's comment.

No. (( you just shoot the hostage, then shoot vasir for a bit, then the hostage yells "My arm!!", and the shepard is like "you'll live", and then the fight starts...
The problem i have with this is that the "epic" shot is not that epic, and "epic" oneliner "I'm a specter" is not a one liner, but a rather clumsy copmilation of long sentences..... it goes like that^
- specters are above the law, they are supposed to get the job done by any means neсessery.
- /vasir/ ....eh....yeah, that's kinda what i'm doing...
- But guess what... (epic pause)
- /vasir/  what?
- I'm also a specter. (epic pause), And i can do whatever necessary too! (epic pause) *shoots the hostage, hostage yells and falls*
- /vasir/ damn you! *shoots vasir a few times*

DId anyone bring Miranda and hear her say "This will be a problem" in the beginning? It was part of a video and even though Im fairly certain its just re-hashed dialogue she has, I was extremely happy to see it.

I think that at that point, it randomly selects a party memeber to make a comment.  When I played, Kasumi said "This doesn't look good" or something like that.

After you defeat the Shadow Broker, talk to Liara again.  I don't know if it matters if she was a LI in ME1 (she was for me), but she'll say that if you follow the paragon route conversation regarding your relationship.

(As a side note, I loved all the dialogue between Shep and Liara.  With her issues with the Shadow Broker, my affair with Tali, I was really curious to see how Bioware would handle it.  I think they stayed true to her character, and the whole opportunity to reconcile went fantastic.  The 'date' you end up having on the Normandy is not just romantic, but it's damn hawt.)

I loved the charm to free the hostage.

Shepard: That's it?
Tela: What?
Shepard: Vasir, I sacrificed hundreds of humans lives to save the Destiny Ascension. I unleashed the rachni upon the galaxy. So I hope for your sake that your plan doesn't hinge on the idea that I won't shoot a damn hostage!

Rare occasion where the paragon dialogue sounds renegade. Completely epic.

For some reason i didn't have paragon option open for selection. That's a bit strange, considering i am full paragon, and never ever had trouble selecting paragon option in the whole game... Maybe that's because i let the council die, and killed the rachni in ME1? And for renegade option i did not have enough renegade points (that is fair, i have only 2/3 of the renegade meter)?

The banter and the self-referential comments throughout were just superbly done. To many gamers, dialogue is a small thing, but the work the writers and voice actors put into this was outstanding.

These lines are not exact quotes and some have been referred to before:

Liara: We're under pressure.
Shepard: Two years ago, as I remember, I liked some of the pressure we put on.

Shepard: I sacrificed hundreds of humans lives to save the Destiny Ascension. I
unleashed the rachni upon the galaxy. So I hope for your sake that your
plan doesn't hinge on the idea that I won't shoot a damn hostage! (All while stalling to save the hostage.)

Shepard: Then we'll just have to do this the old-fashioned way. (Starts attacking the Shadow Broker with his fists.)(I came close to cheering.)

Shepard: I'm fine, Liara, thanks for asking.(As they dash off after barely saying hello.)

Shepard: Remember the old days when slapping on some omni-gel opened anything?
Liara: Yes. The security upgrade made a lot of people upset.

Liara: Their attacks are disorganized. They would be more effective if they all came at us at once.
Shepard: Liara, don't give the mercs any ideas.
(After another wave, a huge attack looms)
Liara: Looks like this next one is going to be a big one.
Shepard: You just had to give them tactical advice.

Liara: You've been gone two years -- and you're going to go away again. You're going straight at the Reapers when they come. Before we do this, you have to promise me: Promise me you'll come back.
Shepard: (Steps forward and embraces her) That's a pretty big promise. It would require something pretty special to come back to.

Liara (when questioned by Shepard if there's anything between her and Feron): It's like you told him. As you humans say, I'm not available. (Shortly after, she goes with Shepard to the Normandy.)

Shepard: So now that you're the Shadow Broker, are you going to get all creepy and isolated?
Liara: I have a purpose: Helping you stop the Reapers. That will keep me honest -- well, honest enough.

It's on the Normandy when you converse with Liara. I didn't romance her in the first game so it was just Tali. Eventually the conversation came to this.

This was my favorite as well... I sunk down in my chair and muttered, "busted."  ... but she forgave me later.  

Still, amazingly funny!
