Garrus Shirt
I'd still say, Bioware, make a contest, sort out most of them and let people vote on the 10 finalists or something...
Holy moly --- that is a BEAUTIFUL design. I would buy the hell out of that.
PLEASE make this shirt instead, BioWare! For the love of Garrus!

once I had done the test with Garrus, I had also made ones with Tali and Thane (though not with the best screencaps, with some patience and replaying I might get better ones - and Bioware has the models to just pose them however they'd need them and not hope that Mordin's horn isn't cut off in that really cool screencap
and once you know what to do, it's quite fast, it would probably take me longer to type down the steps taken than to actually execute them*
some editing and tweaking of the screencap and then some Photoshop filter, that's pretty much all it takes
*exaggeration for effect

Thats a bit unsettling. Thats why I kind of made the thread in the first place, to give bioware what we really think about it.Brodyaha wrote...

Yep, something like that is what I was expecting.
Even if they didn't go for that pose, that style/subtle design is far more preferable. I'd be more likely to actually WEAR that vs the design they are currently showing. Criz-Zone, great job on the design...you made something that would work well on a shirt.

If BioWare is going to make a Garrus shirt, shouldn't it feature skateboards and explosions? You know the one I'm talkin' about...

Hahahah thats very good. Love the detail. The posing Asari on the skateboard is a nice funny touch.

I think this shirt will end up getting made though, despite this thread, and if thats the case I just hope they make another version.
The simplier design someone posted in here, although it could be more interesting for me, its 5x better
Wouldnt mind if they, kept the black, minus all that red and lightened up Garrus's face, but please rethink the design.

Actually I'd say that is inspired by the graphics that Hook-Ups Skateboards uses.
Maybe since I have Garrus' in-game model in Maya I could render out a pose that would make for a better shirt graphic.

Scooter, mate, of course,
how could I forget that Bioware aren't the only ones with access to the models
we might need to talk [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/bandit.png[/smilie]
since we can't make our own merch, we'll just mess with Bioware's

I've been thinking about doing this. After paying as much as these things end up costing, spending more to get it right is worth it.Eradyn wrote...
I'm actually considering getting my own custom shirt/hoodie made. It's a lot more expensive, but you can be sure of the results you're getting and it would be a truly unique piece of merchandise. Heck, you could even get an embroidered one with a design of your choice. ^^
This shirt: instead of all that red and 'fake' looking Garrus- use an in-game image (Virmire is good lighting for him) in blues and blacks with accents of that Archangel emblem yellow and perhaps silver. I'd personally like the Archangel emblem incorporated somehow, as it's part of his history and a bridge between 2183 and 2185. If it's a full body image, include the sniper rifle.
