What is shown in concept art changes or is cut from games all the time.

Hey, I know plenty of ME fans that would kill to see what a female version of a salarian, krogan, batarian, volus, elcor, hanar, or vorcha looked like.

No this is different.  I am a ME fan who would love to see those, too but in this case Bioware did show us how they look.  They are just teases us by not putting them in the game.  It is like moving something you want within your reach and then yanking it away; you know, being sadistic.

Why do people assume Concept Art existing should immediately mean it should exist in the game? Every game has dozens of unused concept art saved for backup in case it's required in another game. I'm sort of happy a female Qunari doesn't exist (as much as I want to see one) because I'd rather have one show up in a logical spot in a story instead of going "Sup, I'm the token female qunari."

How is it different? We at least know how they look, so speculation is put to rest. We may never meet a salarian female, and we have good reason not to. Would you prefer for the series to end without ever knowing what one looks like? 

I'm not sure why you'd say it's different--a lot of ME fans really want to know what they look like, regardless of if they're in the game or not. They would prefer for them to be in the game, but if it's between that and never seeing them?

That sounds like the kind of thing that belongs in some sort of list of confirmed facts.

I want to see female Turians because it makes absolutely no sense not to show them.  Female Salarians and Krogans have a good reason for not being shown so while I am curious it is not something always pressing in my mind.  Now, if they showed a concept art of a female krogan and then did not put in a live one you could actually see then I would be upset because it would be what they did with the female Qunari.
