a krogan/wrex/genophage dlc - if they want to tie up that storyline before ME3
a dlc which begins to transition the crew from ME2 to ME3 - ie crewmates leave, die or take a secondary role prior to ME3

Sounds like something that can only be done post-suicide mission.
But, you'll lose squadmates, which sucks if you would do this before doing other DLC.

so when will we get new DLC? it will be the last one for 2010. I guess or we have to wait for little longer? because we got DLC almost every two months since April. no matter what it is, it will be October or December. I don't expect something big like shadow broker. but I wish that it wouldn't be weapon or armor pack. I want some story driven DLC like overlord again if it wouldn't be DLC which will make a bridge to ME 3.
Agreed on the story driven DLC...however I really hope the next story DLC *won't* turn out like Overlord. One dialogue hub and one decision hub at the end. That's it for the whole DLC ! The rest is driving and shooting around in (admittedly) beautiful scenery.
More story in the story driven DLCs, pls !

For those of you who want to show your support for Ashley and Kaidan DLC specifically, my sig banner links to the Kaidan and Ashley DLC Support Group, and in the Official Gameplay Forum (Spoilers Warning), there's a Kaidan and Ashley DLC Wishlist, where you can discuss ideas and such.
I've seen it mentioned quite a bit on this thread and am trying to rally supporters.

yeah, Overlord is kind of separated story which is nothing to do with the whole story. but it's connected with what Cerberus has done for humanity. anyway, I agree with you. no conversation, quiet. driving, and so on. I finished it 7-8 times for now. I just achieved finding 6 cerberus data pack last week. I am kind dumb. but one pack is actually hidden below valley which is very hard to find.
anyway, I wish that Bioware will make more collectors DLC or more Liara DLC after shadow broker? I mean that Liara just sit in there, collect, manage info? she maybe have one more important mission somewhere sometimes. I don't know.

All these Ash/Kaiden DLC desires... I would rather they get a more active role in ME3 than being cast in a DLC than put back in cameo mode.
We're not asking for their stories to be cast into DLC, then regulated to Horizon status in ME3.
We're asking for both a DLC, AND for their appearance in ME3.
BW can consider the DLC more of their ME2 appearance.

"Battle for Tuchanka" - play as Wrex, as the future of Tuchanka hinges on your decisions. Make powerful friends or enemies of the other clans, as a relic from the past is unearthed and casts the krogan homeworld into turmoil.
Don't miss this chance to experience the raw power of being a krogan Battle Master!
Wrex says: "Too fun!"

Makes me wonder, we didn't have any dialouge with both species in ME2. and thats a shame.Argetfalcon wrote...
I would love a dcl that expanded on the hanar and elcor races. They are cool but have very little to do with the story. Maybe they could have a hanar in a battle suit

Ashley/Kaidan DLC - Alliance requests your help, and sends Ashley or Kaidan to work with you.
Wrex/Wreav DLC
Rannoch DLC - Taking back, or resettling on the Quarian homeworld.
Batarian DLC - Maybe getting the batarians onside. Or putting them in their place. Or a combination of the two. Hopefully a rematch with Balak.
Enhanced romance with a Mass Effect 2 love interest.

council dlc, where those ignorant narrow minded fools finally get it into their heads that yes,the reapers do exists
hackett, by all means, finally want that damn alliance officer's uniform and my promotion to captain!
as for ash/kaiden, a dlc with in my case ash, because i always left kaiden to be vaporized, would be great, that one little cameo is just insulting for fans of the first game( and who'd wanna miss the b****fight between miranda and ash when she finds out about my malesheps infidelity:D)
and balak is definetly up for some serious foot-,leg-,arm-,chestshooting:devil:

That actually sounds really good. More dialogue to get rid off all the "I'm calibrating" stuff that annoys me to no end after completing the last mission, plus a new bunch of "loyalty mission" most of which are hinted in the dialogue (Kolyat/death, genophage, true geth, Blue suns). Much better than just finding out everyone is gone again in ME3
I'd really hope most of them give you a choice though. Do you want to keep the person in your crew (they could reject if you aren't persuasive enough or they're not loyal) or let him go (some like Thane go do more personal tasks while others like Mordin do something that has a huge impact on ME3)? I don't think anyone should die unless it's because of the player. It would also be great if you started ME3 with the crew you had left.
This idea gets an A+, 10/10 and 5 stars. Forget Kaidan/Ashley for now and do this!

Assuming your status as a spectre is important in ME3, this DLC could be about doing a few spectre missions or getting your spectre status back. Nice bit of bridging to ME3. Could even be a way to bring the VS into a DLC
and either in this DLC or as a separate equipment pack, all the spectre gear from ME1...the Armor and black recolors for all non-geth/collector weapons.and maybe even a new weapon or two, plus Vasir's arnor from LOTSB (with male version)
so...good idea or bad idea?
