-something involving gillian grayson or kahlee sanders and Cpt. Anderson, need to link the books with the game as once again they have so much potential that isnt being used..

How about a download idea for X-MAS called "Home for the Hollidays" where Shepard returns home to whatever thier background is ( earthborn, colonist, spacer ) and make it as long or longer than "Lair of the Shadow Broker"
It'd have to be a sort of "three-in-one" set... Which is why I think it'll be unlikely, especially introducing Earth to us like this.
I wouldn't mind visiting the following places in ME3 tho:
a) A dangerous slum in some Earthen Megatropolis. We are tracking someone there, and it is the place where Earthborns grew up. He or she will have much extra content.
c) The wreck of SSV (insert name here), the Cruiser the Spacer Shep was born on and spent his or her formative years. Now turned into a husk overrun ghost ship. We are going aboard to recover something important. Full of meaningful flashbacks for the Spacer Shep, in the style of the Normandy Wreck DLC.

> A reconissance op beyond the veil to investigate the Geth. Possibly invloving Councilor Anderson and Legion.
> A insurgency/counterinsurgency campaign in Batarian space backing either Rebel Batarian Allaince sypmathizers/ or Loyalist Batarian abolistionists.
> A newly discovered star system teeming with Prothean ruins. Dealing with the different factions that wish to lay claim to the system and figuring out why it wasn't wiped out by the Reapers and more importantly why it hasn't been inhabited since well before when the Reapers began to destory the Protheans.
> Renewed Rachni contact. Possibly involving an ongoing conflict between Pirates and and an Asari settlement the Rachni Queen has taken under her wing.
> Or maybe a combination of all the previous with the overarching goal of recruiting Allies and gathering resources for the upcoming Reaper conflict. Though that might be difficult to do, seeing as that could prove too integral to the plot to be DLC.
Some Smaller DLC content ideas I've recently thought might have merit include:
> Investigation into the Greybox that is or was in Kasumi Koto's possession and the conspiracy behind whatever infomation it contained.
> Some sort of combat simulator akin to the one on pinnicle station.
> Manhunt for the escaped fugitives from the Purgutory.
Perhaps I'm being greedy, or I'm looking for ME to be more like DA, but seeing as we'll likely be waiting almost 2 years for ME3, and Dragon Age got an expansion, I can't help but hope we get an additional campaign for ME2 that is squarely after the Sucide mission.

I dont want anything to do with Omega. It so boring yo!
-maybe a DLC involving Gagarin Station or Cartagena Station
-a DLC about an alien mothership of unknown origin (similiar to The Derelict)
-Kaidan/Ashley DLC

If the next DLC isn't Virmire-survivor, can you IMAGINE the sh*tstorm that will happen on these forums?
I'm not sure that it would be that bad. Especially given the absurd behaviour of the Virmire survivor on Horizon.

I doubt it. The VS DLC seems like a non-starter to me, because a) you need to fund two voice actors for basically one role (increased cost) and

The next DLC, or even the one after that, very likely won't be about the VS.
I want the VS DLC as much as any Kaidan or Ash fan, but we need to be realistic. The Shadow Broker DLC was planned from the start, and was in development for how long? 8 months? We might have to wait half a year for the VS DLC, should it get made...

That seems to be why so many people are clamouring for VS DLC. And especially since Liara got her own DLC, there'd be no end to the cries of 'unfair!' if the other ME1 love interests didn't get a lookin till ME3

Liara AND Shadow Broker DLC.
Let's not forget Liara is a much more important character than Ashley/Kaidan combined. They are just common Alliance soldiers with no special contacts or knowledge. And they can both die. I for one hope BioWare does not make any more insignificant DLC (story-wise) such as Overlord etc.
