Ray Muzyka: We haven't announced details of the next ones yet. We're still working on stuff in the Mass Effect universe actively. We haven't announced any details of what that is yet, but we're working on lots cool stuff.
Greg Zeschuk: We have a pretty long DLC plan for Mass. We're still doing lots of stuff there.
from an interview... so it looks like we still have more than 1 dlc ahead of us.

I only have the Zaeed, Firewalker, Cerberus armor, Arc Projector and another one that I can't quite remember off the top of my head... which quite frankly sucks because I don't have the cash to buy them.
But if I have to choose a possible DLC - I'd pick something to do with - I don't know - maybe something to do with Haelstrom's sun (from Tali's recruitment mission) or possibly a deeper look into Shep's background - maybe his mother (if spacer) has been arrested for high treason and you set about finding her innocence. Hell, even a focus on that gigantic metalic sphere that you get after the Firewalker pack missions are over.... There's a tonne of stuff in the ME universe that could be used as basis for DLC.

1. Ashley/Kaiden team up DLC, it would be to Ashley/Kaiden what LofSB was to Liara.
2. Wrex team up DLC, it would be to Wrex what LofSB was to Liara.
3. Anderson team up DLC, it would be to Anderson what LofSB was to Liara. (he is pretty badass in the books)
4. Return of Pinnicle Station and Sheppard's house
5. More of the Presidium other than Udina/Anderson's office
6. More missions that use the that flying tank.

We need a VS mode. That will quench our thirst and allow for great replayibility. Or at least an arena mode like Pinnicle Station for ME1 or horde mode for GoW2.
I'm in favor of an arena, but not some weaksauce simulator. I want it to be in some sleazy district of Omega, and to the death.

Aside from that, Ashley/Kaiden DLC could be good as well as anything involving characters from the first game, ideally with variable outcomes/scenarios dependant on your choices in ME. Probably not likely but I'd love to see it done.
Also, more Citadel locations and quests, specifically on the Presidium, but I want to visit Dr. Michel with Garrus in the classier area of the Wards as well, damnit.

DLC with a bit of detective work would be great in my books. A mission on Omega and a couple on Illium kind of flirted with the idea, with searching appartments and whatnot. I'd like the ratio of people you talk to compared to people you shoot in the face tipped a little in favour of the former. Not sure how popular that kind of thing would be with others, though.
Well Kasumi had a bit of that though it was a heist but still a fun original mission. Also Samara's and Thane's loyalty missions come to mind, they both had no combat. In all Bioware's previous games they've had murder mystery quests (I remember 3 of them in KOTOR alone) so it would be nice to have more present in DLCs. LotSB and Overlord were pretty combat heavy.
The problem with these detective missions is they're great fun when encountering them for the first time but are a chore when completing them on subsequent playthroughs as you already know how the story will go and often there is only one correct method of solving the mystery.
Combat heavy quests have more replayibility as there are countless ways to complete a combat scenario and you have different weapons, class abilities, squadmates etc.
What can improve the replayibilty of a detective quest is if the method you solve the mystery depends on your class, squadmates and/or alignment. This would be a lot of work for the devs though.

In one mission (I won't go into detail because of potential spoilers) you need to find a password. The location of the password as well as the password itself could be randomized and you'd maybe have to work it out rather than have it handed to you. Then you'd have to pick the right one from 4 or 5 using the wheel when talking to the appropriate person.
In another mission you do need to choose from several suspects, but there's only one outcome. This part of the story could have been written so that at least two or three, if not all, the suspects could be the real culprit.
Another, where you help resolve a dispute could have been written to go either way and there are other times when the sleuthing could have been less straightforward and brief than it was without being the same in each playthrough.
With a game like ME2, in the middle of a trilogy and where your descisions and mission outcomes make a difference, it would have been tricky to work with this kind of thing, though.
Edit: I like the idea in your last paragraph a lot. Difficult to do, no doubt, but it'd add a lot of variation and replayablity, for me at least.
