What's next for DLC?

I like what they did with Samara's loyalty quest. I'm not going to spoiler anything here but even though the conversation with Morinth has to be similar in every playthrough to be "correct", the parts leading up to the conversation can be very different. I had about 7 replays and all were different there. And they even have complex interactions and special animated sequences... it's quite amazing!

No DLC this month if Major Nelson is right.
See the link: majornelson.com/Default.aspx
For the next DLC i hope that we get a new cool sniper rifle which can used as an alternative for Mantis.
Only one good sniper rifle at the beginning to the collector ship or thane recruiting mission is very boring.
And no the Incisor isn´t a good weapon for Shepards. Especially for[/b] Infiltrators.

Contact lenses!! for only 160 BW points!
They add nothing whatsoever to the game, and you'll not be able to see them (but they are there, honest!), but you know, it's all about options, and some people will love customising their character with invisible DLC (That really is there! Honest!).
It's gonna be great value. After all, BW would never rip us off! Right?

The next DLC will follow the grand tradition of charging money for sunglasses etc., but will go one step further.

I just pre-oredered my contact lenses. The website told me I had to pre-order now before Friday or getting to see any game footage of them or I wont have access to this DLC when its released at an unspecified date.

Maybe if they cut down the price soon. I'll buy it.
I would like another one.. More achievements too. Just more missions. I don't currently want another LotSB. As awesome as it would be, I'd prefer some fun, rather than something that little bit too important. I'm up for a new weapon too. Maybe an Automatic Heavy Pistol or a Sniper that shoots lightning, maybe that overheats? If they made a weapon that doesn't use ammo again that would just be heaven. I don't know, something original anyway.

I didn't expected any DLC's for this month anyway. My bet is for Christmas / after the PS3 version is released.
And there are already enough sniper rifles. The Viper is good enough, and nothing beats the Widow anyway. I doubt they'll release any other.
I'd rather prefer some more modular armors (full pieced, like the Krestel). There's currently too few varieties of that.

I'm not sure what you mean here, but the Alternate Appearance Pack has fixed this problem with Garrus' new outfit.Terastar wrote...
If I take Garrus anywhere with me I hope they will fix the poor guys uniform for the cut scenes.

I want to see Batarian and Drell DLC. I am starting to think a ME2 expansion pack is becoming less and less likely.

Well, since the cover of the PS3 version has been released and it only features the 3 mission packs we already have, doesn't look like there is going to be anything of that caliber until after the PS3 release. Which is a shame, as I'm going into withdrawal here.

1) Quarian Geth Reconciliation
2) Geth Civil War
3) Wrex uniting the Clans
4) Rachni acceptance back into the Council
5) Corsairs Potential for them to be involved as Scout exploring the fringe looking for the Reapers to attack
6) Aria defending Omega from being overrun by the (cant remember the name good potential for the Patriarch death scene)
7) Council being compromised getting evidence to show that one or two of the counsellors are in fact now influenced by the Reapers
8) Blue Suns Vigo survives and begins to take contracts out on Shepherd et al to save his skin.
9) Call of Cthulu style DLC where Collectors source becomes apparent recycling the bodies of the unseen and reconstituting them as new collectors
10) Cerberus activate the Prothean Space Station and begin work on their own reaper using human clones...
Just a starter for 10..

But I still hope especially for:
- more "minor" DLC (more alterante apperance packs, weapons, etc.)
- "big" Ashley/Kaidan (Virmire Survivor) story DLC (in the same style as lotsb)
- DLC involving Tali, Legion & Geth
- DLC where you can help curing Thane
- somekind of a "sidequest-mission-pack", where you get to play around to 5 or 6 new minor missions on new planets

3 will be about the reapers: who where when & how will be the basis..its about them now..but are they really them?! I have ideas but I'm not saying but yeah it will be a suprise none of the less..
I tell you what is weird, all the xeno races but no batarian squaddy?
now that is DLC if you ask me, sheperd & him can have different views but get thrown into some crazy situation where they have to work together. 2 man team mission which pushes them to their limits with morals there for the story...
Easy little branch off story like the Hanar Spectre lmao

Here's the other thing though: Mass Effect 2 is great and everything, but once I've done everything in the main game and have my 74 hour game save I don't really want to be strung along with extra missions, especially when I could spend my money on other games or, if I was really dedicated, save it for ME3. After you've beaten a game it isn't nearly as entertaining anymore. I'd rather they have the people working on DLC help out with ME3 so we don't have to wait any longer for it. I've read that only about 5% of the gaming population actually gets DLC (paid I believe). That may be statistic for console gamers, but regardless, that says something. I feel that once a lot of people play a game quite a bit and/or finish it they just get tired of it in general and move on to the next thing.
I've also heard from places that the story between ME2 and ME3 will be bridged via DLC? If true, I don't care much for that at all. We shouldn't have to be nickel and dimed all the way to ME3 release in order to know some parts of what is going on. I guess if its stuff that is largely inconsequential I'd be ok though.
