You people really need to pay mroe attention. I'm glad you're happy and all, but me and otehr BioWarians (liek Jesse Houston off the top of my head) have said this before. Pretty much after Lair of the Shadowbroker came out and everyone asked "is this the end?". We said, no there is more coming then, and we're still saying there is more DLC coming.
Please, try to keep up.
What's next for DLC?

Well, you also repeatedly said that DAO DLC would be coming for two years after DAO's release in November after DA2's announcement.
And then Witch Hunt is announced and you say it's the last. I have a lot of faith in you guys, but I'm not going to be sure what's a promise for more DLC and a vague inclination to make more.
First I would like to say I totally told you all so, neener neener nee. Second, when plans with DAO changed, they did tell us. It's not like there was a contract.

Probably not until February or at least a few weeks after the ps3 version comes out.LiamN7 wrote...

They didn't tell us though--they just announced Witch Hunt and said "it's the last" and everyone exploded since we were promised multiple times after DA2 was announced that DAO would keep getting DLC.

Did they really promise the full two years after DA2 was announced? I'm not saying you're lying, I just don't recall it. I'm cool with their plans changing, but I do totally empathize with you missing your Warden(s).

"I'm saying you're lying"?
Yes, they really did. If I wasn't so busy speculating, I'd find the sources. I distinctly remember because they were trying to calm all the people who were worried about the DLC being stopped and hating the direction DA2 was going that DAO was still going to offer more DAO for them.

Epic. Facepalm.
As for the rest, that is kind of a bummer and that does make your point.

Wrong.
There is still more Mass Effect 2 DLC coming.
Yea right. We heard this same song and dance line with Dragon Age Origins and one download later it was “that’s all folks”.

Frankly I would like ME2 to have a full blown expansion, a la Awakening, that will have connection to ME3 and less of this meaningless "dripped" DLC motto bioware has taken. While I think the post launch support for ME2 is waaaaaaaaay better then ME1 I thill think it's not getting as much attention as dragon age. The again who knows what they are cooking in the Bioware halls for this game. For now I will give Bioware some rope. I think they earned it from us.
I honestly agree with this. Another thing is that Bioware should get the lisencing to create a comprehensive toolset for Mass Effect 3 from Unreal. Community created content would greatly reduce the strain on developers and DLC release dates because first of all this game has a very dedicated and mostly intelligent fanbase that would pump out content on a daily basis. I would love to see a Mass Effect Nexus site. I would love to see even more a toolset coming out for Mass Effect 2.

Well, it looks like whatever the next DLC pack is its going to be the last, hopefully an Ashley/Kaiden kind of thing.
I don't know about this. I am expecting the DLC to resume at the same scale it was being produced before, micro packs like appearance and weapons and episodic packs like LOTSB, Kasumi, Overlord. I don't think there will be 1 big pack to finish off the series, I think theres going to be a couple more DLCs in between now and holiday 2011.

Please take it upon yourself to hurry up and formally announce the next DLC for Mass Effect 2. I have some saved game files that are positively crying out to be played via some hot new ME2DLC action.
Please, I beg you, think of these saved game files.
