Still waiting for DLC that will allow some closure for the Virmire Survivor (whoever you chose to save from ME1) because the Horizon encounter was awful when it could have been great. Hopefully they'll get the same mission to investigate Reaper tech or something Reaper related and will bump into each other and will be forced to work together due to a bad situation. After the wonderful performance of Lair of the Shadow Broker we all know that Bioware can pull it off. Just hope they and their voice actors won't be TOO busy work on ME3. *crosses fingers for Kaiden/Ashley DLC*

Seriously, ive become really twitchy waiting for anything. Seriously i would settle for a split second teaser of something that is on the horizon. I suppose with the ps3 release we will have to wait longer to let those players some time to play and get used to the system ( if they havent played on another system as it... i know i own 2 different system copies lol)

If anyone has any clues they should post em, most I know is that a year or so ago Bioware stated there would be something big that would change Mass Effect coming early 2011, and I doubt they meant the PS3 release because of the way they worded it. They also said they planned to make an Awakening size expansion for ME2, but we have no way of knowing if they ever even initiated their plans.

Ok there's more coming, but does that just mean more costumes, guns, and armor, or does it mean more missions/expansions to the game?

It be nice to have an expansion pack sort of similar to Grand theft auto 4s the lost and the dammed.I think it would be pretty cool to play as another character, maybe like a bounty hunter searching the galaxy for his next bounty, idk just something off the top of my head.

Almost a year until ME3:blush:, so many plays of ME, ME2 and all playable DLC ---
I need a Mass Effect fix ... soon!! Please. (just started another complete play thru from 1 to 2 ... how many more can I do? Ummm, probably a lot, but I might have to take a short break to beat DA2. Maybe that will help.

Mass Effect 2 is the greatest game of all time. Please expand on the story with many more DLC. An expansion pack would be really nice, actually.

It probably will not happen but a DLC or disk expansion that actually expanded on the skills available to characters and or allowed for more customization would be great. Also, those who didn't want those features wouldn't have to buy it. But that's a lot of game mechanics messing and while it would be huge and many of us would be greatful, it would be quite the undertaking to re-balance and make it as bug free as possible.

Therefore no matter what Chris said, we could still get DragonAge'd since ME3 is only a year away.  I'm hoping for one more story DLC, but I wouldn't hope beyond that.

A big bonus campaign like Awakening would be pretty amazing, but I'm not sure it's in the cards for ME2. I'm hoping future dlc has temporary squadmates like Liara - she gave lots of personality (and dialogue) to LotSB. The alternative, of mostly silent squadmates, is boring and odd.

I like talkative companions, not silent ones. The idea of those traveling with you and not saying anything on the journey doesn't seem right.

I would love if they could influence more than just make comments. You know, like in Dragon Age when you meet Wynne and Morrigan is in your party. It is possible that Morrigan and Wynne go hostile and you're forced to kill Wynne.

Having Legion on Tali's loyalty mission is an example. 


And yeah, every recruit/loyalty mission I chose the party member that is most likely to troll the other during that mission. We call this the "classical Minsc/Edwin" approach.

Clearly they are not ready to say, which is interesting. Given we got Alternate appearance #1, a 2 would not be out of the question....more missions would rock

I believe there will be a DLC where we get to fight the Reapers and destroy them....then when Mass Effect 3 comes out we can fight them again.

Yeah, here's the problem with ambiguity: it's ambiguous. See, "seven hour long expansion packs" can mean two entirely different things:

a. Multiple expansion packs, each of which is about seven hours long.
b. Seven expansion packs, each of which is at least an hour long.

If the second one was meant, they've got 5 of the 7 out of the way.

Um, they could do both.  Lair had Liara and new characters.

Anything with a return to Alliance military or dealing with Aria would be great. As long as it's as high quality as Shadow Broker ill buy it.



Also im so hyped for next christmas! ME3 Limited Edition here i come! Keep it up BioWare!

I'd like to revisit some of the places in ME1 like Noveria or Ilos, but not like in the Normandy crash site with no combat and a pointless search for dog tags. LotSB set the standard for DLC and I hope it continues like this. Anyhting that features Protheans or Rachni, lets us know more about them and is a awesome cinematic experience pleases me.

Eh, I have an idea, maybe someone mentioned it first but wouldn't it be interesting to play ME3 without Shepard alive, through a DLC? Someone would take on his legacy instead and make different choices, leading to a different ending. That would be badass! I would see Miranda or Jack taking over. As for male characters, I'd take Zaeed or Garrus.
