A couple pages back someone mentioned a Citadel expansion specifically to do with the Protheans and a hidden area located somewhere in the space station and how possibly the Prothean survivors from Ilos traveled there through the Conduit after the Reapers left and sabotaged the Keepers' signal and created the master control unit in the tower which no one else had heard of.

What happened to them after that? Did they die out like Vigil presumed or did they manage to conceal themselves hidden away somewhere in the Citadel possibly in cryogenics.

A DLC like this exploring unmapped areas in the Citadel and possibly going back to Ilos for more clues and artifacts to discover the fate of those survivors and anything else left behind would be epic.

They're probably finished or nearly finished making the next DLC by now. I can see the Virmire survivor being the focus, but I'm wondering how they are going to set up ME3. If it's possible to play as soon as you get to Illium, then it won't feel like it brings us any closer to 3. I hope then, that they make it playable only after the Suicide Mission.



I also can't see Shepard being a Cerberus operative in ME3 (the blurb for ME3 says Shepard is an Alliance marine) so I'm hoping for a Shepard helps the VS take down Cerberus and the Illusive Man DLC.

Wow, this is a great DLC idea.  Really BioWare has so many options for the next DLC, including this one.

I'm not sure that taking down cerberus would really be an option, through the choices you make throughout ME2 you can make shepherd a total cerberus sympathizer. That would alienate any player that thought cerberus was right and truly working for the betterment of humanity.

I think that it will deal with Cerberus just because of the new comic book series that is coming out. When they did the Redemption series as soon as it was over they had a Liara based DLC pack. I personally think that this will be much more lengthier then LotSB was because of the importance it will have setting the relationship between Shepard and Cerberus. Either way I am psyched and can't wait for it, I am let down about them stoping the CDN, but you can't have everything. I hope this expansion pack takes place after the suicide mission (meaning you have to beat the game first to play it) and then be as lengthy or lengthier then the Awakening thing was for Dragon Age (I heard it was a big pack).

Looks like one final DLC sometime in 2011 (derp). Cerberus News will come out of a coma and have a week of updates leading up to it.

It was done so people who avoid spoilers didn't get spoiled by a general info page.  At this point, it's probably pointless, but then again, so is changing it.

You're cute.  I've been a Bioware fan a long time.  Just because I have criticisms and I don't share your "they can do no wrong" attitude doesn't make me a pseudo-fan.  So thanks for trolling me, but that's not what this thread is about.

I honestly feel that 90% of those that threaten they will not buy ME3 are blowing smoke out their backside

If anyone checks my past posts, they will see i've had my fair share of criticisms with ME2, specifically.....though the good far outweighs the bad....and if a person genuinely feels the opposite, well, I guess it is time to move on

id love to see a dlc with high inteligence and strategy expectations.

with hords of enemies and be requested to kill them all with 1 pistol only or something like that.

would be even cooler to have to survive alone with no commrads for a while.

I hope I will be able to buy this DLC. LotSB has been realeased in version compatibile with my language 24th and only for poeple who can buy english version. If EA don't realese this DLC for CZ/HU/PL region i will newer buy ME3.
