I'm hoping for:

- Virmire Survivor DLC

and

- A DLC related to Alliance, Council and Shepards relation with them and Cerberus after the events of ME2

These would help bridge ME2 and ME3

talis progression could be rebuilding the quarian homeworld and as for thane we could  try and fix his health seeing as hes dying and also with thane the big new task would be to gain his sons respect for thane as well

Thane, moreso than most other squaddies, needs a story update to clear up his unresolved and much-dreaded fatal illness. It's not a galaxy-at-stake issue like the rachni extinction or the krogan genophage, but as far as having him as a squad mate in Mass Effect 3 is concerned, a lot of players want it resolved.

Tali, on the other hand, is at the center of a ticking time bomb story fold between the quarians and the geth, and it's one of those galaxy-at-stake issues.

Okay another thing, I think that Galaxy at Stake things should be saved for ME3, but more character progression. Seriously the squaddies need more dialogue, especially Garrus .

It should first be noted that I was not suggesting anything. I was merely clarifying for you.

Secondly, most of the plot threads surrounding Tali and the geth imply that they will take center stage in ME3. The geth have more potential than the krogans or rachni combined in the fight against the Reapers, and Tali, being something of quarian royalty, is at the heart of whether the quarians, and thus the galaxy, look at the geth as friends or enemies.

Thirdly, there is a time to cave in to fan pressure and a time to stand firmly by what you've written. Whether this time is the former or latter for Thane, I couldn't tell you because I'm too busy adding to the fan pressure.

I see a lot of people mentioning a Rachni DLC. This would be a bit hard if you killed the Rachni queen like I did in a couple of my playthroughs. And unlike Wrex, you can't just replace the Rachni queen with a "Wreav" equivalent. As such, I doubt there will be a dlc based on the Rachni.

But if you stop and think about it, just about every DLC suggestion ends in someone saying "too bad I killed it already." I think Renegade players are just going to have to realize their addiction and get help.

Sadly, though, between adding a DLC that severely cuts off Renegade players, I have a feeling BioWare is going to make the rachni decision go the way of the Council decision. What was that galaxy-changing decision you made for us? Oh yeah, that. Here's a cookie. Go play.

fat chance... the collector gear was exclusive to the collectors edition. it's going to stay that way.

but what i'd like to see is an expansion to that DLC that brings in a collector sniper rifle, shotgun, smg, and pistol to finish the set.

possibly an expansion to the geth weaponry that brings in a geth sniper rifle, smg, pistol, and armor

if you want the collector gear yourself then just go to ebay or buy the digital delux edition for the pc which comes with a code that will unlock it for both the pc and xbox

i seriously doubt its going to happen because i'm sure that gamestop has part owenership of that DLC and if they have their way the DLC will remain pre-order exclusive as to not ****** off their loyal customers, i would be included in this. you can probably do your research and find out what gamestop is in your country, perhaps its called ebgames, and i think there is a european website called play.com which is owned by ebgames/gamestop where you can order the games from there and get the gamestop excluive pre-order content. but if you really want the DLC badly you can try and buy a code off of ebay if they're still circulating, or rally people together to send mail to gamestop/ebgames and demand that they make their own store on the xbox live marketplace to release their pre-order content for a reasonable price a year or so after the game releases... if you're on the pc well i dont want to suggest anything that i could be in trouble for, and yes there is a way for it a friend of mine has done it.

The main reason I suggested that Bioware might make these as Bridging DLC's is mainly because I figure Mass Effect 3 will mostly be about the War with the Reapers and not about having to gather allies As well I agree that I don't believe there will be any Rachni DLC.

Also slightly off topic but I really don't see any actual Squad DLC mainly because as much as we all love them I don't believe most of the Dirty Dozen will actually return in Mass Effect 3 as Squad Members because Bioware has given them actual reasons and not just if they Survive the Suicide Mission. I honestly hope I am wrong but I have a feeling that most will have key roles

There's a smart lad. 

Only concern would be quality of each DLC, they'd have to be longer and as good or better than LOTSB.

I only care about quality, if bioware does it right.(progression,meaning/impact,  has "weight")

They could perhaps bundle it all up in a big expansion type deal.

I don't think they could handle all that story content in ME3 without multiple discs or some missions being reduced in quality over others.

Let's not forget that ME3 actually has to include some quality Reaper time, that's going to require a good amount of disc space I think.

This is sounding better, on a game of the year edition. Expansions, usually involve one mayor quest or story, this would involve multiple ones.
