Oh yeah bridging content all the way, given that there may only be one DLC being released before ME3 I'd rather have something like that too. The Pinnacle Station idea could always be incorporated into ME3 also.

If I remember well, Bioware stated that there would be several DLCs bridging the gap between ME2 and ME3, hence taking place AFTER the final choice in ME2, and taking it into account. I think it's high time for Bioware to release such content

Been thinking more about what this/these bridging DLCs could be about and wanted to post some of my ideas and the supporting information from Bioware/Dark Horse. As some have mentioned the LotSB DLC was nicely setup with ME: Redemption so what other comics are either out or coming down the pipe for us?



ME: Inquisition - Udina, the corrupt little bastard, frames Palin and Bailey ends up killing confronting the head of C-Sec. There's certainly Alliance issues here, either as Councillor or Advisor to the Councilor, Udina is highly placed and a behind the scenes kinda guy. Remember, he has no qualms about using Harkin in ME1 even though Anderson dislikes him. Could he be Cerberus' man on the Council?



ME: Evolution - TIM's backstory.



Combine these two and add a dash of why is the alliance ignoring the Reaper threat when the entire 5th fleet faced Sovereign. Then they went on to hunt Geth, if anyone can see that the Geth didn't create Sovereign it would be the survivors of that battle. This would be an excellent vehicle to reunite Shep with the Kaiden/Ashley as they investigate corruption at the highest levels of the Alliance Military and its ties to Cerberus.

Terminus Armor and Blackstorm Projector are being released for free for PS3 players until Feb 24th. I'm wondering if it won't pop up for 360/PC players as pay DLC after that. I would LIKE for it to appear for free at the same time for the same length of time, but I won't hold my breath.

Well I wonder how someone would feel if they purchased a brand new game, got home and went to place ME for the very first time and discovered that there was something missing? Adding the PS3 platform may be part of the reason they haven't announced anything. They may be waiting until the game gets on the market for a week or so before announcing the new content so PS3 whingers, just like the rest of the whingers from the existing platforms, aren't clogging these forums with yet more pessimistic rants/tantrums/etc.

After watching these forums for the past year or so I've seen more pissing and moaning about minor things than I ever expected, and the worst offenders seem to be the adults. "If I ran MY BUSINESS that way I'd  .



C'est La'Vie... I'm getting Overlord tonight so I'm all caught up for the next DLC.

ps) If your quoted post was less than clear then why get upset when I answer the question I saw there? Then again, I don't expect more than a single large Bridge DLC but I do expect more than one DLC before ME3. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

I cannot see Bioware releasing any bridging DLC in January the month the PS3 version is released.  We now know that the Terminus/Blackstorm gear is going to be on offer till the end of February to PS3 users.  So realistically I would say you are looking at March before we see any DLC.

Sorry about that, posted that just after reading some of the more negative posts in these forums.

Re-read your post. I see what you and Charming Charlie are saying.

I still could see 2 coming out before ME3, not two 1+ GB packages by any means but there is so much to cover in between these games if Earth is under assault at the start of ME3. The Geth / Quarian dilemma, the Council, the Batarians / Terminus systems, the Rachni, TIM/Cerberus... egads, what a mess. The way the reapers have been portrayed so far it is going to take all of those forces or most of them to succeed in stopping the cycle. It seems like too much to fit into one game.

Add the little Udina frame up job on Palin in that USA today ME: Inquisition comic and I'm highly intrigued about what could be in the offing and how many of those threads they could stick into a single DLC.

I hate to say it but I think that's the earliest we'd see this bridging DLC. I really hope they do something prior to that though, at least something for the original players Xbox/PC would be nice. Alt Appearance Pack 2, some side missions, or some new armors or weapons.

I want DLC either involving the Raloi, Admiral Hackett(maybe even actually see him in person) or more N7 missions. I think the VS would be better utilized in ME3

I saw on G4 that "someone" from BioWare said there will be 1 more DLC before ME3.

Probably the 2nd alternate appearance pak.

I don't care what it is just give me something to slake the ME thirst!!!
