I really hope that they make the next DLC a bit more lengthy than LotSB since this is supposedly their last before ME3. IGN gave LotSB a score of 9.5, it was praised in almost every aspect except for the fact that it was too short. I do hope it's a substantial one and yes, I do know lots of fans are hoping for a Virmire survivor DLC but I think it's better if they release one that involves all surviving squad members from the first and second game and how they're preparing for the biggest fight of their lives.

I think everyone would like to see more squad mates interacting with each other, not with just one liner comments or short conversations but ones that convey their opinions about the others with more depth. It's also interesting to see the aftermath of ME2 like the effects of the death of certain squad mates and the council since you've done the job for them again. I'm kind of expecting the DLC to be more of story and decision making rather than combat to successfully bridge the gap. So, here's to hoping we get more of the romance developed!

For those stressing over the 2nd Appearance Pack, I wouldn't. I don't think this is the DLC CDN was talking about. Many such as myself, are looking forward to the next appearance pack, but we are also looking forward to that big DLC when it comes.

There will be more than just the second appearance pack, either after the end-game with commander shepard and survivors or a dlc about kaiden/ashley and the alliance, including anderson..

I hope they soon release another weapon pack as well. The last one was pretty darn good. I played through the game at least 3 more times just because of those 3 new weapons. Money well spent I say.

I won't even touch the armor..buying armor just doesn't make sense to me when you can't carry it over to the next game and the DLC is not lengthy enough it's just carries no value and makes no sense but i will buy DLC that is story driven just armor and weapons thing never made sense to me

It's all about replay value. But I agree with you, I see no point in buying two more weapons, that you are rarely going to use, and some armour set with 20% more shields

Has this been comfirmed somewhere? Do we know if the armour carries over or not?

No it hasn't been confirmed. Weapons and armour may carry over, but they may not.

The Mattock assault rifle is full of win though. Semi automatic and hits like a truck. Best gun in the whole game really.

I really hope they saw the overwhelming response to LotSB and the next DLC and subsequently ME3 are of the same quality.
