@kalerab Y'know, it doesn't actually say there that will be only one more DLC release. It says "a downloadable content release" not "the last downloadable content release". We already know that the Appearance Pack is coming, but BioWare said there would be one final bridging, story-driven DLC. Plus, I don't think that a week of posts would precede an appearance pack. In fact, I'm sure it won't.

That said I'd rather resolve the Alliance / Cerberus issues Keep the recruit Aliens to free Earth for ME3.

As much as I'd love me some Urdnot DLC, I feel like Wrex/Wreav is in a perfect position for ME3's events and the revelation of the clans uniting was enough to hold me over until ME3.

I'm in favor of a Alliance/ Cerberus DLC with Ahely and Kaiden thrown in.

I imagine whatever the next DLC is, it might set-up for ME3. Maybe a sort of bridging story for Shepard. It'd be really neat to maybe see a DLC that addresses the psychological profile of Shepard, offering different missions to sort of help Shepard tie up loose ends and address whatever demons they might have with 'em: everyone else on the Normandy got a chance to work for their personal neuroses except the Commander. So essentially a "loyalty" mission for the Commander.



Probably not what's gonna happen, but I think it'd be pretty neat, at least!

There will be one more DLC that CDN returns for a week to promote ( story driven I presume ) but this doesn't mean that there won't be other DLC like Appearance or Equipment.

how i look at it LoTSB is a "loyalty" mission for shep for those who romanced liara and for those that romanced VS the VS DLC will probably do the same.

as for those who had no me romance then the "loyalty" mission will be the normandy crash site

Well now that the PS3 has ME2, i am sure they can get underway of making the DLC.



PS3 does need a dlc they need to pay for lol.

Yeah, I'm actually excited to have to do that just the once. It's not the kind of thing I feel like often -- I don't get excited at the prospect of purchasing things -- but having a DLC to look forward to instead of just being right there for me from the get-go is enticing.

Frankly, I don´t consider things like Appearance Pack and such to be a DLC per se, those are just the toys to drag out money from the players. For me DLC equals new storyline, be it some mission or something more complex like LotSB. And only ones coming before the release of Mass Effect 3 there.

While I realize bioware needs to make a profit, I think that appearence packs and weapon packs are what cerberus network free downloads exist for.
