Where is the like button on that idea?
Like shep gets the s*it tortured out of her....If it's good enough for Han Solo...

for the batarian prison idea i wanna see shepard kick some behind natural born killers style! if you never saw that movie i suggest you look for the ending because man that jail scene is crazy

Liking the idea of the recruiting Ashely / Kaiden and Wrex back into the team even if they only stay in the lair of the shadow broker or at least a dlc that adds to the story of them like helping Wrex unite tuchunka or helping Ashely / Kaiden uncover somthing. An illusive man DLC be good. In all honesty though i think i'll buy whatever dlc they release for Mass Effect 2 ain't really been any bad ones yet!

Also how about a mission for Thane stealing the cure for his disease from someone. Otherwise he'll be dead and then the team will be missing a member (I hope they don't bring out a whole new team for Mass Effect 3 shepherds got enougth loyal people)

"Wrex - The Bachelor Party" (for experienced players that enjoy a challenge)

The great chief Urdnot Wrex has acquired a fertile female he intends impregnate, but the road to that goal is long and full of hardships, because even a great Warchief has to survive the sacred hardships of a Krogan Bachelor Party.

Invited: Shepard, Grunt and Mordin.

Tagline: You thought it was difficult to keep Mordin alive through the suicide mission? You know nothing, human.

I would prefer a mission that is not acquired through a (former) party member. There's got to be more to life than recruiting and helping squad mates. ;) Maybe investigate some new way to defeat the Reapers? Lair of the Shadow Broker hinted at such a thing. Granted, it's more likely that will be one of the story arcs for ME3.

Since its a trilogy, I doubt they can squish how krogans became united, how quarians and geth solve the problem, how the rachni come back

etc etc. In just 1 game, PLUS defeating the reapers.

Those will be the bridging dlc's. Wrex, Quarians/geth, rachni......

Now thing is.... what happens if you killed the queen. I mean, letting the rachni live, is a big force... the rachni once were as powerful as the salarians, and asari combined, so tey have to have a dlc..... I think,

Dragon Age: Origins pretty much did that, you had to unite three races after settling quarrels within each race. The game was also about 50 hours long, which I would LOVE in a Mass Effect game.

Also, learn to spell (not the quoted guy). I mean really, the first page has some of the worst spelling and grammar I have ever seen one a forum.

Heh, Zaeed had a pretty cool line about what humans who get stuck in Batarian prisons should do.

IIRC something like "Either kill yourself immediately, or kill every M-F between you and the exit." Image IPB

Good idea about batarians, there. Maybe we could break into some secret lab of theirs and steal all their research of the Leviathan, hm?

That would be pretty cool.

Ideally, I hope there are no new crew members in ME3, as like you said, we have enough already, even if ALL of the ME1 and ME2 crew members don't return for ME3. I'm sure a few of the ME2 members won't come back, most likely the DLC Crew Members (Zaeed and Kasumi), and probably a few others (maybe Mordin or Samara/Morinth), in favor of bringing Liara, Wrex, and Ashley/Kaidan back.

I'm not sure on this.  Isn't it possible to still beat the game, and have every one of your crew dead in ME2?  That'd leave only ME1 chars for ME3, which would already be minus Wrex, Kaidan/Ashley, Tali, Garrus, (all who could have died or been killed) and possibly Liara, who might be otherwise considered busy for spoiler reasons.  So, really, that'd leave us with some slim pickings. >.<

Personally, anything that adds more unique, named characters to the setting I'm all for, regardless of whether we can have them as party members or not.

Any thoughts on when we will hear the next planned DLC? If Bioware sticks to its 1 DLC per month pattern, hopefully we'll hear something soon. Thoughts?

I have a list of DLC ideas:

1) More casual costumes (i.e. Vest, workout, clubbin' outfit) with more gender uniqueness
2) A mission dealing with a threat to Wrex's work on Tuchanka
3) Something where you go on a mission with a small army of Geth aiding Shepard
4) Armor that looks bad-ass on both ManShep and FemShep
5) A mission requiring you to take direct control of the Normandy in a space battle
5a) A mission where you have to battle on the Normandy's hull to repel borders
6) A mission where you must "Hold the Line!"
7) A mission stopping an army of yahg from being released
8) A mission where EDI gets stolen or Normandy is hijacked
9) An update giving us more armor patterns/ allow Shepard to get tattooed!:o

Since the other thread was locked, posting my DLC wishlist here.

1st - Squad Alternate Appearance Packs 2-4 (160 points each)
Pack 2 - Jacob, Miranda and Mordin
Pack 3 - Grunt, Tali and Samara
Pack 4 - Legion, Zaeed and Kasumi (Includes a bonus Alliance Officer casual outfit for Shepard)

2nd - Ashley Kaidan Mission Pack "Bitterweet Alliances" (800 points)
Similar to LotSB, includes an Alliance based mission teaming up with your former ME1 team member and possible love interest.  3-4 hour mission set includes new loyalty skills and centers around Shepard's possible return to the Alliance while teaming up to thwart a terrorist threat.

3rd - Urdot Wrex/Wreav Mission Pack "War of the Clans" (800 points)
The final mission pack in the flavor of LotSB has you reunited with Urdnot Wrex (Or his brother Wreav if Wrex is unavailable) to stop a coup de tat by a rival clan on Tuchanka.  Mission should be intense and filled with non-stop action, as a full scale war erupts between the two clans.  Includes new loyalty skill and the Tuchanka Battlemaster Armor set (Focused on Vanguard bonuses)

4th - Pinnacle Station Revisited (560 points)
Admiral Ahern has had plenty of time to develop new challenges for you in the simulator.  In addition to the previous mission sets of Time Trial, Capture, Survival and Hunt, we now have the Gauntlet and Maze mission sets.  In Gauntlet, you must endure a series of increasingly difficult battles, ending with a simulated fight against Shepard's most infamous archenemy, and being awarded the Spectre Tactical Armor set (Focused on Infiltrator bonuses).  In Maze it's a race against the clock, but instead of racing for kills, you race for the exit in a randomly generated labyrinth of traps and enemies, being rewarded with the Alliance Specialist Armor set (Focused on Sentinel bonuses).

5th - The Shadow of the Protheans (800 points)
An urgent transmission from the Quarian expedition team aboard the Idenna has Shepard and crew investigating a mysterious Prothean world, hoping to find a secret that may help with the imminent war against the Reaper fleet.  Join Lemm'Shal vas Idenna and a few other familiar faces from Mass Effect: Ascension, in the final DLC that foreshadows the events of Mass Effect 3.  (Basically if BioWare is going to introduce a new threat along with the Reapers, here's a chance to tease us with it.)

If something along these lines happens, I will be a happy and contented customer between now and the release of Mass Effect 3.

The Kestral Armor set is good soldier set pretty much.  Shields, Weapons and Melee damage.

Adepts and Engineer's are basically covered by the single focus armors already in the game.  Recharge time, power bonus, etc.  For the way most Adept's and Engineers are played, this covers it.

However Infiltrator's, Vanguards and Sentinels cover a broader spectrum.  Weapon and tech/biotic powers, in unison.  Armor that would up the headshot damage, while boost power duration would be what the Infiltrator goes for.  Plus if you want to play an Adept or Engineer who specs with shotgunning and adds that to their gameplay style, then the new armors would work for that too.

For the Infiltrator armor, it would pretty much be power duration, power damage, and headshot damage.
For the Vanguard armor, it would be power recharge time, weapon damage, and shield strength.
For the Sentinel, it would be storm speed, power recharge, and health.

All the boosts are not solely limited to the class I suggest them on, in fact any class benifits from any boost.  Soldiers even benifit from power damage (with the concussive shot).
