Let's be serious. The Asari who barely outran the blast in a vehicle had barely enough of a head start, and you confronted her before you talked to Sovereign, disabled the guns, landed the Normandy, set the bomb, and confronted Saren. If you went to save the squadmate in the gun tower, your other squadmate was injured, surrounded, and pushed the "Explode this thing now" switch Bruce Willis-style. If you went to save the squadmate with the bomb, your other squadmate was cut down "holding the line." In either scenario, if they didn't make it out on your ship, they wouldn't have had time to escape the blast.

I'm not exactly happy with the facts either. It might have been a much advertised "selling point," but it was my least favorite part of the game by far. It wasn't as bad as seeing Aeris get stabbed, and I didn't even like Ash as a character, but if there was a way your ideas of having the abandoned teammate return could work I'd be behind them. There really isn't.

I hope that it something complete new, they did say that there be more surprises and DLC that lead up and close to Mass Effect 3.

My thoughts exactly my friend. Now that the last piece of DLC has been "accidentally" outed by that version's PS3 update, with a possible reveal at GDC in March, this thread is kind of redundant.

Lance Henriksen accomplished this. Why is anyone surprised?

The only way to make him/it more badass was to have some kind of NCO serving under him voiced by none other than "Iron" Michael Ironside. Ironside and Henriksen have done video game voice work together before. If this could happen for ME3 I will personally buy three copies.

the new dlc after "shadow broker" will be "arrival" it should gap mass effect 2 to 3 with three new achievements the title has to do with the arrival of the reapers from deep space my guess is end of march beginning of april

I have to agree with this. Even though Hackett was a pain sometimes I believe they should bring him back in some type of DLC or even in ME3 for a more advanced role. Let us see who he is also!

Okay, how about a dlc that puts your whole squad on unicycles and you just weave in and out of cover like an exploding circus of death. Just think about it before you answer.

how about a mission with the Normandy? like an epic "space dogfight" hehehe with one of the reapers (not a major one.. maybe a baby reaper or a scout?) hehehe should totally be in 3D (not the goggles 3D) like the LoTSB car chase - not the galaga type

I really loved the last part of the story where you assign your crew member tasks.. i wish you could do that again but now you have to utilize all of them.

In writing, the golden rule is,"Show don't tell." While playing ME2 many of your squadmates tell great stories about thier achievements and adventures prior to joining your crew.You get thier resume, why not get to expeirence it...To that end...

DLC: Alternative Playable Characters: Miranda/Jacob saving the Citadel from Batarian terrorist.

Archangel and his team on Omega, kicking the Blue Suns, Bloodpack and Eclipse ass.As Garrus described to Shepard!

Subject Zero: She destroyed a space station, stole a top secret spacecraft, was a pirate, and did other stuff, that sounded pretty interesting.Her DLC could be akin to Force Unleashed...

Samara: Her 'cat and mouse' game with Nihilus, and traversing space, helping the helpless.Like Qua Chang Cane of Kung Fu.

Thane Krios: Think Assassins Creed, in space.

A DLC with Dr.Mordin Solus and his STG Team would kick ass! Virmire was one of my favorite missions in ME1, partly b/c of being able to interact and team up with elite Salarian soldiers...

The stories your teammates tell really wet my appetite.They were so detailed that I was sure that BioWare was going to make DLC of them.But so far, this has not happened.But 'never say never'

P.S. ME3, should have a 'Meet the Parents' like DLC, involving Shepard and whomever is your L.I. That would be sweet
