i havent read all the entries on this thread (so sorry if this was asked and answered already) but when is "The Arrival" DLC coming out? since DA2 is a big disappointment, i would like to play more of ME2 again..

also: when i opened up my DA2 SE case and found that piece of paper with the N7 symbol and the words "The Arrival is coming", i could've sworn a small voice in my head went "squee" a little XP

I wondering if Arrival will show the reapers landing on earth. Bioware said the last ME2 DLC will lead into ME3. Seems fitting. Maybe the ME3 trailer will be the start of the game with Arrival showing the beginning.

I am mostly wondering about if Arrival is infact about the Reapers showing up, that we must play it post game. Minor problem I know, but I am not a fan of doing quests after the plot ends, seems a little silly to me, although other people like it and that's fine. Plus, with the ending I chose it doesn't make sense for me to run around still funded by Cerberus.

Oh well, good thing I have a save file from before the Suicide Mission just in case since we don't yet know when this DLC will be available in game.

So I bought my dragon age 2 yesterday and when opened it and went to read the games guide booklet I saw on a cardlet the mass effect N7 logo and some words saying "the arrival is coming"??
Thoughts anyone. Is it the new dlc or an advertisment for the up coming me3.

dragon age 2 is not a disapointment, its the story of another hero and its being told colorfully by the dwarf. comeon why people always think the sequel willnever be better than the original because they watched the first one a hundred times. I hated mass effect 2 until i understood what i was playing and the fact that dlc has alot to do with why they release the games the way they do. and i hated the hurlocks in part one thier armor and weaponry in the da:o was too sophisticated for simple blight creatures. look at lordoftherings the orcs changed in appearance as the 3 stories changed.

P.S. I'm getting antsy waiting for some kind of news regarding "Arrival." At least give us an approximate release date if you won't tell us any plot descriptions.

full blown expansion is the only way to go that is what i think arrival is it make since if you think about it its the only way to close some of the gaps left in me2 and this way the "arrival" part is when you beat the dlc the reapers land on earth and thats where me3 begins and i still hope for a really big gun that makes enemys go boom and those that want closer the vs is in the dlc

i asumming that ur talking bout the books that im sure that some people hasnt read so why would they make dlc concring a story that some people wouldnt know about as i c it at any rate but bioware does do some crazy things so who knows i just hope we get to c future earth b4 it gets trashed by the reapers that would be awsome dont yall think
