So, I got the hilt, I got the pommel, I found the grave... where do I get the blade. I don't want to run through all the subterrean tunnels AGAIN. <whimper> Help would be *really* appreciated.

The blade is carried by a special darkspawn called "Ancient Darkspawn" (boss mob) that appears in a remote location, in the Deep Trenches, apparently only if you have already located the hilt and pommel. Defeat it, get the last piece and then go back to the grave (Ortan Thaig), to reclaim the sword. Enjoy.
